Claims (8)
- 微粒子を吸い込むフードであって、
微粒子を発射できるように壁に接近して配置されることを意図され、前記フードの内部と外部とを定める稜を含む空気吸入口と、
前記微粒子を吸い込むための吸引出口とを有し、
前記空気吸入口は、前記吸入出口の方に延び、前記稜に関して前記吸入出口と同じ側に位置する先端を含む外部リップを有し、前記フードの動作中に、吸い込まれた空気が前記外部リップで分離されず、空気分離地帯が前記フードの内部にのみ位置し、
前記空気吸入口が、前記空気分離地帯内の前記稜を越えた位置で渦トラップを形成できる内部ショルダーを更に含み、前記フードの動作中に、前記渦が、前記壁に関して前記フード内にとどまることを特徴とするフード。 - 前記フードの動作中に、前記リップは、前記壁と組み合わさって前記稜に向かって漸進的に収束する先端を形成する請求項1に記載のフード。
- 前記リップは、曲線状の外形を有し、より好ましくは放物線状の外形を有する請求項1又は2に記載のフード。
- 前記空気吸入口は、前記稜と前記壁との間の距離を調整するために前記壁に関して前記フードの位置決めを行う手段を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のフード。
- 前記フードの位置決めを行う手段は、前記壁に接触する停止ネジを有する請求項4に記載のフード。
- レーザビームを通過させることが可能な開口部を含むベースと、
前記空気吸入口と前記ベースとの間にある中間部と、を更に有する請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のフード。 - 前記中間部は、前記空気吸入口と前記ベースとの間で収束する請求項6に記載のフード。
- 少なくとも1つ切除のレーザ源を有する壁の表面層のレーザアブレーション装置であって、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子を吸い込むフードを含むことを特徴とするレーザアブレーション装置。
