Claims (18)
- 少なくとも2層の一方向強化繊維からなり、該2層の各々における繊維が異なる方向に伸びており、それらの層が少なくとも1本の縫い糸又は編み糸を用いた縫い合せ又は編み合せにより一緒に結合されている、熱硬化性樹脂マトリックスとの結び付きにより複合部品を組み立てるための中間製品であって、前記の縫い糸又は編み糸が、EN ISO 2060の規格により測定して、30 dTex以下の、好ましくは25 dTex以下の番手を有することを特徴とする、前記の中間製品。
- 該縫い糸又は編み糸の材料が、ポリエステル(PET)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリフェニレン・サルファイド(PPS)、ポリエチレン・ナフタレート(PEN)、液晶ポルマー(LCP)、ポリケトン、ポリアミド、炭素、ガラス、玄武岩、シリカ、及びそれらの混合物の中から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の中間製品。

- それらの平均高さが、該中間製品の一方向層に平行であり該中間製品の中央部に位置する平面で測定して、多くとも0.11 mmに等しい、縫い目における樹脂に富む帯域を有することを特徴とする、請求項15又は16に記載の複合部品。
- 航空機で使用される構造部品、例えば、胴体フレーム、翼外板、胴体外板、垂直安定板外板、水平尾翼外板、隔壁、翼けたボックス、リアクター・ブレードの中から選択される請求項15〜17のいずれか1項に記載の複合部品。
