Claims (18)
- モールドツイストロック装置であって、
固定ピンを有し、前記固定ピンは、該固定ピンの長手方向軸線上に位置する遠位端部及び近位端部を有し、前記近位端部を貫通して穴が設けられており、
前記固定ピンの前記近位端部周りに位置決めされた同軸ばねを有し、
前記固定ピンの前記穴を挿通して設けられた直交ピンを有し、前記直交ピンは、拡大端部を有し、
前記固定ピンの延長部と前記直交ピンの前記拡大端部との間に位置決めされた第2のピンを有する、モールドツイストロック装置。 - 前記直交ピンは、本質的に前記固定ピンに垂直に配置されている、請求項1記載のモールドツイストロック装置。
- 前記直交ピンの前記拡大端部は、頂点にアールを備えた円錐の形をしている、請求項1記載のモールドツイストロック装置。
- 前記円錐は、約70°の夾角を有し、前記頂点は、約2mmのアールを有する、請求項3記載のモールドツイストロック装置。
- 前記直交ピンの前記拡大端部は、モールド組立体に設けられた凹部に嵌め込まれる、請求項1記載のモールドツイストロック装置。
- モールド組立体であって、
貫通した穴が設けられた複数個の突起を備えた第1のモールドコンポーネントを有し、
貫通した穴が設けられた複数個の突起を備えた第2のモールドコンポーネントを有し、
前記第1のモールドコンポーネント及び前記第2のモールドコンポーネントの前記複数個の突起を組み合わせることによって形成されたインターロック形コラムを有し、
固定ピンを有し、前記固定ピンは、該固定ピンの長手方向軸線上に位置する遠位端部及び近位端部を有し、前記近位端部を貫通して穴が設けられており、
前記固定ピンの前記近位端部周りに位置決めされた同軸ばねを有し、
前記固定ピンの前記穴を挿通して設けられた直交ピンを有し、前記直交ピンは、拡大端部を有し、
前記固定ピンの延長部と前記直交ピンの前記拡大端部との間に位置決めされた第2のピンを有し、
前記直交ピンの前記拡大端部を受け入れる凹部を有する、モールド組立体。 - 前記凹部は、多角形の形をしており、前記多角形は、幅の広い底部領域、幅の狭い頂部領域、前記頂部領域と前記底部領域との間の高さ、及び深さを有する、請求項6記載のモールド組立体。
- 前記多角形の前記広幅領域は、4〜5mmの幅を有し、前記細幅領域は、2.5〜3.5mmの幅を有し、前記高さは、10.5〜11.5mmであり、前記深さは、4.5〜5.5mmである、請求項7記載のモールド組立体。
- 前記第1のモールドコンポーネントは、モールドセクタである、請求項6記載のモールド組立体。
- 前記凹部は、前記モールドセクタに設けられている、請求項9記載のモールド組立体。
- 前記モールドは、タイヤ用モールドである、請求項6記載のモールド組立体。
- 前記直交ピンは、本質的に前記固定ピンに垂直に配置されている、請求項6記載のモールド組立体。
- 前記直交ピンの前記拡大端部は、頂点にアールを備えた円錐の形をしている、請求項1記載のモールド組立体。
- 前記円錐は、約70°の夾角を有し、前記頂点は、約2mmのアールを有する、請求項3記載のモールド組立体。
- モールドを組み立てる方法であって、
貫通した穴が設けられた複数個の突起を備えた第1のモールドコンポーネント及び貫通した穴が設けられた複数個の突起を備えた第2のモールドコンポーネントを用意するステップを有し、
前記複数個の突起がインターロック形コラムを形成するよう前記第1のモールドコンポーネントを前記第2のモールドコンポーネントに対して位置決めするステップを有し、
固定ピンを前記インターロック形コラムの穴の中に挿入するステップを有し、前記固定ピンは、該固定ピンの長手方向軸線上に位置する遠位端部及び近位端部を有し、前記近位端部を貫通して穴が設けられており、同軸ばねが前記固定ピンの前記近位端部周りに位置決めされ、直交ピンが前記固定ピンの前記穴を挿通して設けられ、前記直交ピンは、拡大端部を有し、第2のピンが前記固定ピンの延長部と前記直交ピンの前記拡大端部との間に位置決めされ、
前記直交ピンが前記モールドコンポーネントのうちの1つに設けられていて、前記直交ピンの前記拡大端部を受け入れる凹部と位置合わせ関係をなすまで前記同軸ばねを圧縮するステップを有し、
前記直交ピンの前記拡大端部を前記凹部の中に挿入するステップを有する、方法。 - 前記第2のばねを圧縮して前記直交ピンの前記拡大端部を前記凹部の広幅領域の近くに位置決めするステップと、
前記拡大端部を回転させてこれを前記凹部の中に配置するステップと、
前記第2のばねに加わっている前記圧縮力を除くステップと、
前記同軸ばねを解除して前記拡大端部を前記凹部の前記細幅領域の中に動かすステップと、を更に有する、請求項15記載の方法。 - 前記固定ピンを前記モールド組立体から取り出すステップを更に有する、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記取り出しステップは、
前記固定ピンの前記同軸ばねを圧縮して前記直交ピンの前記拡大端部を前記凹部の前記細幅領域から前記凹部の前記広幅領域に動かすステップと、
前記直交ピンの前記第2のばねを圧縮するステップと、前記直交ピンの前記拡大端部を回転させて前記凹部から離脱させるステップと、
前記固定ピンを前記インターロック形コラムから取り出すステップとを更に含む、請求項17記載の方法。
