Claims (20)
- 太陽電池層と、エチレンコポリマー組成物の少なくとも1層を含むシートとを含む太陽電池モジュールであって、(A)前記太陽電池層が、単一の太陽電池セルまたは複数個の電気的に相互接続された太陽電池セルを含み、(B)前記エチレンコポリマー組成物が、エチレンと、前記エチレンコポリマーの総重量を基準にして約5から約20重量%の、2個のカルボン酸基を有するC4〜C8不飽和酸のエステルとの共重合単位を含むエチレンコポリマーを含む、太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記エチレンコポリマーが、2個のカルボン酸基を有する前記C4〜C8不飽和酸の前記エステルの共重合単位を、前記エチレンコポリマーの総重量を基準にして約6から約15重量%含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。

- 入射層をさらに含み、前記入射層が前記モジュールの最外面層であり、前記太陽電池層の前記前面の太陽に面する側に配置され、かつ前記入射層が、(i)ガラス板と、(ii)ポリカーボナート、アクリル樹脂、ポリアクリラート、環式ポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、フルオロポリマー、およびこれらの2種類以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマーを含む高分子シートと、(iii)ポリエステル、ポリカーボナート、ポリオレフィン、ノルボルネンポリマー、ポリスチレン、スチレン−アクリラートコポリマー、アクリロニトリル−スチレンコポリマー、ポリスルホン、ナイロン、ポリウレタン、アクリル樹脂、酢酸セルロース、セロファン、ポリ(塩化ビニル)、フルオロポリマー、およびこれらの2種類以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマーを含む高分子フィルムとからなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 裏打層をさらに含み、前記裏打層が前記モジュールの最外面層であり、前記太陽電池層の前記裏面の太陽に面しない側に配置され、かつ前記裏打層が、(i)ガラス板と、(ii)高分子シートと、(iii)高分子フィルムと、(iv)金属板と、(v)セラミック板とからなる群から選択され、かつ前記高分子シートが、ポリカーボナート、アクリル樹脂、ポリアクリラート、環式ポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、フルオロポリマー、およびこれらの2種類以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマーを含み、前記高分子フィルムが、ポリエステル、ポリカーボナート、ポリオレフィン、ノルボルネンポリマー、ポリスチレン、スチレン−アクリラートコポリマー、アクリロニトリル−スチレンコポリマー、ポリスルホン、ナイロン、ポリウレタン、アクリル樹脂、酢酸セルロース、セロファン、ポリ(塩化ビニル)、フルオロポリマー、およびこれらの2種類以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマーを含む、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池セルが、結晶シリコン(c−Si)および多結晶シリコン(mc−Si)系太陽電池セルからなる群から選択されるウェーハ系太陽電池セルであり、前記モジュールが、位置順に、(i)入射層、(ii)前記太陽電池層の前記前面の太陽に面する側に貼り合わせた前面封止層、(iii)前記太陽電池層、(iv)前記太陽電池層の前記裏面の太陽に面しない側に貼り合わせた裏面封止層、および(v)裏打層から実質上なり、かつ前記前面および裏面封止層の一方または両方が前記エチレンコポリマー組成物を含む、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池セルが、アモルファスシリコン(a−Si)、微結晶シリコン(μc−Si)、テルル化カドミウム(CdTe)、セレン化銅インジウム(CIS)、二セレン化銅インジウム/ガリウム(CIGS)、光吸収染料、および有機半導体系太陽電池セルからなる群から選択される薄層太陽電池セルであり、かつ前記太陽電池モジュールが、位置順に、(i)入射層、(ii)前記エチレンコポリマー組成物を含む前記シートを含む前面封止層、および(iii)前記太陽電池層から実質上なり、前記太陽電池層は、前記薄膜太陽電池セルが堆積される基板をさらに含み、前記基板は、前記基板が前記モジュールの最外面であり、前記太陽電池層の前記裏面の太陽に面しない側に配置されるように位置決めされる、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池セルが、アモルファスシリコン(a−Si)、微結晶シリコン(μc−Si)、テルル化カドミウム(CdTe)、セレン化銅インジウム(CIS)、二セレン化銅インジウム/ガリウム(CIGS)、光吸収染料、および有機半導体系太陽電池セルからなる群から選択される薄層太陽電池セルであり、かつ前記太陽電池モジュールが、位置順に、(i)前記太陽電池層、(ii)前記エチレンコポリマー組成物を含む前記シートを含む裏面封止層、および(iii)裏打層から実質上なり、前記太陽電池層は、前記薄膜太陽電池セルが堆積されるスーパーストレートをさらに含み、前記スーパーストレートは、前記スーパーストレートが前記太陽電池層の前記前面の太陽に面する側で前記モジュールの最外面であるように位置決めされる、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- (i)請求項1に記載の構成層のすべてを含むアセンブリを準備するステップ、および(ii)前記アセンブリを貼り合わせて太陽電池モジュールを形成するステップを含む、太陽電池モジュールの調製方法。
- 前記貼合せのステップが、前記アセンブリに熱を加えることによって行われ、かつ真空または圧力をかけてもよい、請求項19に記載の方法。
