Claims (16)
- 実装部品(10)を有するとともに、プラグインコネクタの相補的係合部品へのプラグインによる接続のためのプラグイン部品(32)を各々が有する少なくとも二つの接点部(30)を有し、各接点部(30)のための開口部(12)が前記実装部品(10)に形成され、各接点部(30)がプラグイン部品(32)により前記開口部(12)に挿通されて、前記実装部品(10)に機械的に締結され、各接点部(30)が、前記プリント回路基板に隣接する側部(34)に、前記プリント回路基板上の導体との電気的接触を行うための少なくとも1つの接点部材(36,38)を有する、プリント回路基板に締結するためのプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記実装部品(10)は、第1接点デバイス(26)が接点部(30)の少なくとも1つの接点部材(36)との電気的接触を行うように配設および形成された、少なくとも1つの第1接点デバイス(26)を有し、前記実装部品(10)は少なくとも1つの第1接点デバイス(26)に電気的に接続され、前記プリント回路基板上の導体との電気的接触を行うように設計された少なくとも1つの第2接点デバイス(28)を有することを特徴とする、プリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 請求項1に記載のプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記実装部品(10)の前記第2接点デバイス(28)は、前記第2接点デバイス(28)に電気的に接続された前記第1接点デバイス(26)に電気的に接続された前記接点部(30)の前記接点部材(36)に電気的に接続されるべきプリント回路基板上の前記導体との電気的接触が行われるように配設および形成されることを特徴とするプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記接点部(30)は、外側導体(40)と中央導体(42)とを有するRFプラグインコネクタの形態からなり、前記接点部(30)の少なくとも1つの接点部材(36)は、外側導体接点の形態からなるとともに、前記接点部(30)の少なくとも1つの他の接点部材(38)が中央導体接点の形態からなることを特徴とするプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 請求項3に記載のプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記実装部品(10)の前記第1接点デバイス(26)は、前記接点部(30)の前記外側導体接点(36)のすべてに電気的に接続され、前記第1接点デバイス(26)に接続された前記第2接点デバイス(28)は、前記プリント回路基板上の外側導体、つまりアース導体と電気的接触を行うように設計されることを特徴とするプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 先行する請求項の少なくとも1つに記載のプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記第1接点デバイス(26)はクランプ接点の形態からなることを特徴とするプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 請求項5に記載のプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記クランプ接点(26)の接点領域は、ニッケルでコーティングされることを特徴とするプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 先行する請求項の少なくとも1つに記載のプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記実装部品(10)の前記第2接点デバイス(28)は、相互に離間するように前記プリント回路基板に隣接する前記実装部品(10)の側部(16)に形成された複数の個別隆起部を有することを特徴とするプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 先行する請求項の少なくとも1つに記載のプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記実装部品(10)の前記第2接点デバイス(28)の接点領域は、錫仕上げであることを特徴とするプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 先行する請求項の少なくとも1つに記載のプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記実装部品(10)は、打抜き/穿孔で、且つ曲げ部品の形態からなることを特徴とするプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1つに記載のプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記実装部品(10)は、亜鉛ダイカストの形態からなることを特徴とするプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 先行する請求項の少なくとも1つに記載のプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記実装部品(10)の前記第1および/または第2接点デバイス(26,28)が前記実装部品(10)に一体的に形成されることを特徴とするプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 先行する請求項の少なくとも1つに記載のプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記実装部品(10)は、前記プリント回路基板に隣接する側部(16)に、前記プリント回路基板の対応実装開口部に嵌合し、前記プリント回路基板に機械的および/または電気的接続する、前記側部から突出する少なくとも1つのピン(46)を有することを特徴とするプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 先行する請求項の少なくとも1つに記載のプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記実装部品(10)は、前記プリント回路基板に前記実装部品(10)を機械的に接続する締結部分(22)を有することを特徴とするプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 請求項13に記載のプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタにおいて、
前記締結部分(22)は、前記プリント回路基板にねじ留めされるねじを通すように設計された開口部(23)を有することを特徴とするプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタ。 - 電子回路を有し、前記プリント回路基板に配設されて電子回路に電気的に接続されるプリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタを有するプリント回路基板において、
前記マルチプルプラグインコネクタは、先行する請求項の少なくとも1つにより設計されることを特徴とする、プリント回路基板。 - 請求項15に記載のプリント回路基板において、
前記プリント回路基板用のマルチプルプラグインコネクタは、前記プリント回路基板にねじ固定されることを特徴とするプリント回路基板。
