Abstract
Description
ここで、単一の非限定的な説明のための実施例を参照して、本発明を説明する。実施例において、異なる図面における同一の部分には同一の参照符号が用いられる。
Claims (12)
- 末端フランジ(1b)および該末端フランジよりも幅狭の直径を有するネック部(1a)を備えたホースニップル(1)と、
連結動作に際して前記ホースニップル(1)が嵌合するソケットを有するボックス(2)と、
一側において開放していて前記末端フランジ(1b)よりも幅狭の内径を有するとともに、前記ホースニップルのネック部(1a)を受容して保持しうるヨーク(3)と、
前記ホースニップル(1)のネック部(1a)が前記ソケットに完全に係合していて前記ヨークにおいて保持されるときに、前記ヨーク(3)を開放延伸位置から前記ボックス(2)に向かって閉塞後退位置まで軸線方向に引張るとともに前記ホースニップル(1)を引張るように作動可能なレバー機構部(4)とを備えた高圧流体継手組立体において、
当該継手の中心軸線周りに分配されていて、前記ヨーク(3)または前記ボックス(2)のうちの一方に固定されるとともに、前記ボックスまたは前記ヨークのうちの他方を通って延在する、軸線方向に延在する複数のガイドボルト(5)と、
前記ガイドボルト(5)の軸線方向の動作を可能にするロック解除位置と、各ガイドボルトの軸線方向の動作をロックして、前記ホースニップル(1)を前記ソケットに完全に係合させてロックする、ロック位置との間において、前記中心軸線に対して直角に移動可能なロックプレート(10)を備えることを特徴とする、継手組立体。 - 前記ガイドボルト(5)が前記ヨーク(3)に堅固に固定されるとともに、前記ソケット付きボックス(2)を通って延在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の継手組立体。
- 前記ロックプレート(10)が前記ヨーク(3)から離れて対面する前記ボックス(2)の側部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の継手組立体。
- 前記レバー機構部(4)が前記ヨーク(3)を閉塞後退位置まで引張ったときにロック位置に移動されるように、前記ロックプレート(10)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の継手組立体。
- 前記ヨーク(3)を閉塞後退位置まで引張るとともに前記ホースニップル(1)を前記ソケットと完全に係合させた後に、前記レバー機構部(4)が前記ロックプレート(10)を開放位置からロック位置まで移動させることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の継手組立体。
- ロック位置に在るときにおいて、前記ソケットから前記ホースニップル(1)を分離するように作用する流体圧が、前記レバー機構部(4)によってではなく、前記ガイドボルト(4)および前記ロックプレート(10)によって吸収されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の継手組立体。
- バネ付勢されたロックピン(15)が前記ロックプレート(10)をロック位置に保持することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の継手組立体。
- 前記ロックプレート(10)をロック位置から解放するように、前記ロックピン(15)がバネ付勢作用に抗して手動で移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の継手組立体。
- ロック位置に移動されるときに前記ロックプレートに係合する幅狭のネック部(5a)が、前記ガイドボルト(5)に対して前記ガイドボルト(5)の末端(5b)に近接してそれぞれ設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の継手組立体。
- 前記ロックプレート(10)には、前記ガイドボルト(5)の各々に対する開口が形成されており、各開口は幅広部を有していて、前記ロックプレート(10)がロック解除位置に在るときに各ガイドボルトの末端(5b)が前記幅広部を通って挿入できるようになっており、さらに、前記ロックプレート(10)には、前記ロックプレート(10)がロック位置に在るときに各ガイドボルト(5)のネック部(5a)を把持する、幅狭スロット部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の継手組立体。
- ヨーク(3)と、ニップルソケットボックス(2)と、レバー機構部(4)と、ガイドボルト(5)と、ロックプレート(10)とを請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のとおり備えた、ニップル係合ユニット。
- 前記ヨークおよび前記ニップルソケットボックスが、2つのニップルに同時に係合するようになることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のニップル係合機構部。
