Abstract

Claims (12)
- 椎骨に固定するための、フックまたは椎弓根スクリューなどの固定手段(10、62)に接続された少なくとも1つの長手方向ロッド(2)を備える脊椎骨接合システムであって、ロッド(2)が可撓性であり、少なくとも一部の固定手段に対してその動作位置で自由に滑動することを特徴とする、システム。
- ロッド(2)が、椎骨に固定する固定手段(10、62)にそれを接続する接続手段(12)内で案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 動作位置で、ロッド(2)が少なくとも一部の接続部材(12)内で、ロッドの軸線に対して垂直のそれぞれの横断方向軸線(X)のまわりで旋回できることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 各接続部材(12)内で、ロッドが、ロッドの軸線と上述の横断方向軸線(X)とに対して垂直の軸線のまわりで旋回することを防止されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 接続部材(12)が、固定手段(10、62)上に解放可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 接続部材(12)が、弾性スナップ式固定によって固定手段(10、62)上に固定され、固定手段(10、62)の相補手段(40、41)内に係合するスナップ式固定手段内で終端する側方タブ(36)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 各接続部材(12)が、それを固定手段(10、62)のソケット(14)上に位置決めし、心合わせする位置合わせ心合わせ手段(28、32)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- ロッド(2)が、PEEKなどの生体適合性プラスチック材料で製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- ロッド(2)が、少なくとも部分的には、円形ではない断面を有することと、各接続部材(12)が、対応する断面を有する、ロッドが隙間を伴って通過する通路を含み、それによってロッドの捻りを阻止することとを特徴とする、請求項2から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 一部の接続部材(12)で、椎骨上に固定する手段にロッド(2)をロックするロック手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2から9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 椎骨上に固定する手段(10)に接続された2つの並行な長手方向の可撓性ロッド(2)において、可撓性ロッド上に取り付けられた接続部材(12)上に、両端部で固定された横断方向の接続部(76)によって互いに結合された2つの並行な長手方向の可撓性ロッドを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2から10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 椎骨上に固定する手段が、PEEKなどの可撓性かつ生体適合性材料で製作されたカラーを締め付ける椎弓根スクリュー(10)またはフック(42)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のシステム。
