Abstract
【解決手段】 前記熱可塑性材料と前記ポリマー材料は不相溶性であり、前記方法は、第一に基板と被覆の間の界面に相溶性を導入するプラズマ処理表面層(14)を得るために基板及び/または粉末をプラズマ放電(12)またはそれから得られる反応性ガス流に露出する工程、及び第二に基板上に被覆を形成するために基板上に粉末(16)をレーザークラッディング(15)する工程を含む。

Description
レーザークラッディングの前に、大気圧で作動するPlasma−Spot(登録商標)(VITO、ベルギー)装置を用いて基板の活性化が実施される。選択されたガス混合物がプラズマ領域内でイオン化され、トーチから吹き出される。このようにして種々の種類の基板材料及び幾何学的形状の処理のために適したプラズマアフターグローが作られる。
大気圧でのプラズマアフターグローがプラズマジェット装置(PlasmaJet(登録商標)DC,Raantec,ドイツ)により得られる。使用されたプラズマ形成ガスは空気であった。空気流は(圧力制御された)約30リットル/分に保たれた。前駆物質は使用されなかった。電力は290ワットであった。かかるプラズマはPP表面上に極性化学基を導入する。これらの極性化学基はポリアミドのアミド基と相溶性である。
Claims (14)
- ポリマー材料から作られた基板(11)上に熱可塑性材料の被覆(17)を付与する方法であって、前記熱可塑性材料と前記ポリマー材料が不相溶性である方法において、
− 基板を第一プラズマ放電(12)またはそれから得られる反応性ガス流に露出してプラズマ処理基板(14)を得る、
− プラズマ処理基板を加熱するために前記プラズマ処理基板上のラインに沿ってレーザービーム(15)を走査する、そして
− プラズマ処理基板上に被覆(17)を形成するために前記ライン上に前記熱可塑性材料の粉末(16)を供給する、
工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - ポリマー材料から作られた基板上に熱可塑性材料の被覆を付与する方法であって、前記熱可塑性材料と前記ポリマー材料が不相溶性である方法において、
− 前記熱可塑性材料の粉末を第二プラズマ放電またはそれから得られる反応性ガス流に露出してプラズマ処理粉末を得る、
− 基板を加熱するために基板上のラインに沿ってレーザービームを走査する、そして
− 基板上に被覆を形成するために前記ライン上に前記プラズマ処理粉末を供給する、
工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 粉末が請求項2に記載のように露出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第一プラズマ放電及び/または第二プラズマ放電が、空気、N2,O2,CO2,H2,N2O,He,Ar及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれたプラズマ形成ガスにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 露出工程の前に、第一プラズマ放電中にまたはそれから得られる反応性ガス流中に第一前駆物質を導入する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1,3または4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 露出工程の前に、第二プラズマ放電中にまたはそれから得られる反応性ガス流中に第二前駆物質を導入する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 第一前駆物質と第二前駆物質が同じであることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 第一前駆物質及び/または第二前駆物質がアリルアミン、ヒドロキシルエチルアクリレート、アクリル酸、メタン、プロパン、エチレン、アセチレン、アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン及び水からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 露出工程において、化学基が、露出された材料上に形成され、その化学基がカルボキシル、アミノ、ヒドロキシル、アミド、イミド、ニトリル、ジイミド、イソシアニド、カーボネート、カルボニル、パーオキシド、ヒドロパーオキシド、イミン、アジド、エーテル、エステル、シロキサン及びハロゲン基からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 露出工程において、表面領域が、1オングストローム〜1000nmの範囲、好ましくは3オングストローム〜500nmの範囲、より好ましくは5オングストローム〜300nmの範囲に入る厚さを持つプラズマにより作用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 被覆上のラインに沿ってレーザービームを走査する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー材料が熱可塑性材料であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー材料が熱硬化性材料であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 基板の露出工程において及び/または粉末の露出工程において、露出された材料の露出された表面が少なくとも一時的にその少なくともガラス転移温度に、好ましくはその少なくとも溶融温度に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
