Claims (8)
- 液圧ポンプ(10)によって流体の部分流を主流から分岐させる装置であって、前記液圧ポンプが、押し退け原理に従って働くようになっていて、互いに対して封止された、機能群に分割された個々の主チャンバ(12,14,16,18,20)を有しており、前記主チャンバによって、少なくとも1つの主流入口(22)から到来する流体が、前記液圧ポンプ(10)の入口側又は吸入側から出口側又は吐出側へ、そしてさらに少なくとも1つの主流出口(24)を介して移送可能であるものにおいて、
前記部分流の移送のために、少なくとも1つの独立した部分チャンバ(26)が主チャンバ(12,14,16,18,20)と並んで設けられており、前記部分チャンバは、前記液圧ポンプ(10)の吐出側の構成要素であって独立した部分流出口(42)に接続されており、前記部分流出口(42)は、それぞれの主流入口(22)及びそれぞれの主流出口(24)から分離されていることを特徴とする、液圧ポンプによって流体の部分流を主流から分岐する装置。 - 前記液圧ポンプ(10)がベーンポンプであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ベーンポンプの個々の羽根(30)は駆動可能なロータ(32)内で、前記ロータ(32)内の終端位置と、前記羽根(30)の行程を外方で制限するステータ(36)の周壁(34)との間で、長手方向に移動可能に案内されて、前記羽根(30)の少なくとも一部に対して、互いに対向するそれぞれ2つの流体空間(40,38)が、前記羽根(30)と前記ロータ(32)並びに前記ステータ(36)との間で形成されるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記液圧ポンプ(10)の吸入側(22)及び吐出側(24)には、それぞれ少なくとも2つのチャンバ(12,14;16,18,20,26)が該装置のチャンバブロック(48)内に配置されており、前記チャンバの一方の部分(12,16,18)が各羽根(30)の一方の流体空間(38)に割り当てられていて、前記チャンバの他方の部分(14,20,16)が各羽根(30)の他方の流体空間(40)に割り当てられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバ(12,14,16,18,20)が、前記チャンバブロック(48)内部の吸入側及び吐出側から、互いに対向するその両端面(64,66)に至って周囲に開口しており、そして部分チャンバ(26)が部分流形成のために、前記液圧ポンプ(10)とは反対側で外方に向かって閉じられていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記個々のチャンバ(12,14,16,18,20,26)が、電動モータ(62)の駆動軸(60)に対して同軸的な配置関係を成して延びており、及び鎌形に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記主流から前記液圧ポンプ(10)の吐出側で分岐された部分流は、好ましくはセンサ装置の形態の液圧消費装置に供給可能であり、前記消費装置を貫流した後、前記部分流が前記液圧ポンプ(10)の吸入側に戻ることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記液圧ポンプの駆動のために、前記電動モータ(62)が使用されること、及び前記主流の流体を濾過するために、フィルタユニット(70)が設けられており、前記フィルタユニット(70)が、互いに対向する側で該装置の一部として該装置に接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
