Description
少なくとも1種の水素添加糖、および
少なくとも1種の多官能架橋剤。
0から2重量部までのシラン、特にアミノシラン、
0から20重量部、好ましくは4から15重量部までのオイル、
0から5重量部までの疎水性物質、特にシリコーン、
0から20重量部までのポリオールであって水素添加糖以外のもの、
0から30重量部まで、好ましくは0から20重量部までの尿素、
0から30重量部までの「増量剤」であってリグニン誘導体、たとえばアンモニウムリグノスルファート(ALS)またはナトリウムリグノスルファート、および動物性または植物性タンパク質から選択されるもの。
尿素は可塑剤として働き、加えてサイジング組成物のゲル化時間を調節することを可能にしてプレゲル化の問題を防止する;「増量剤」は、サイジング組成物に溶解性または分散性の有機充填剤であって、これは特に後者のコストを低減することを可能にする。
サイジング組成物について
動的機械分析(DMA)法による架橋開始温度(TC)と架橋率(R)。これはポリマー材料の粘弾性挙動を特性評価することを可能にする。手法は以下の通りである:ワットマン紙をサイジング組成物(約40%の有機固形物の含量)で含浸した後、2つのつかみ具間で水平に固定する。加えた歪みの関数として応力を測定するデバイスを備えた振動部品をサンプルの上面に配置する。このデバイスは弾性率E’を算出することを可能にする。4℃/分の速度で20から250℃まで変化する温度にサンプルを加熱する。温度(℃)の関数としての弾性率E’(MPa)における変化曲線を測定に基づいてプロットする。曲線の全体的な外観を図1に示す。架橋開始温度(TC)に相当する値を、℃で、および架橋率に相当する勾配を、MPa/℃で、曲線上において決定する。
絶縁製品からの打抜きにより切り抜いたサンプルについてASTM C 686−71T規格に従った引っ張り強さ。サンプルは長さ122mm、幅46mm、切り抜き外側縁の曲率半径38mm、および切り抜き内側縁の曲率半径12.5mmを有するトーラス形状を有する。
重量部で表される、表1に示す成分を含むサイジング組成物を調製する。
Claims (22)
- ミネラルウール、特にロックウールまたはグラスウールに基づく絶縁製品のためのサイジング組成物であって、
少なくとも1種の水素添加糖と、
少なくとも1種の多官能架橋剤と
を含むことを特徴とするサイジング組成物。 - 前記水素添加糖は、直鎖、環式または分枝の単糖類、オリゴ糖類および多糖類から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記水素添加糖はグリセロール、エリトリトール、アラビトール、キシリトール、ソルビトール、マンニトール、イジトール、マルチトール、イソマルチトール、ラクチトール、セロビトール、パラチニトール、マルトトリトールおよびデンプン加水分解物の水素添加による生成物であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記水素添加糖はデンプン加水分解物の水素添加による生成物であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記水素添加糖は100000未満、好ましくは50000未満、有利には5000未満で、さらに良好には180よりも大きい数平均モル質量を示すことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のうちの1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記水素添加糖は、(乾燥ベースで)5重量%を超えない、好ましくは1重量%を超えない、さらに良好には0.5重量%を超えない割合で還元糖を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のうちの1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記多官能架橋剤は有機ポリカルボン酸またはこれらの酸の塩、酸無水物およびポリアルデヒドから選択される請求項1ないし6のうちの1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機ポリカルボン酸は少なくとも2つのカルボキシル官能基、好ましくは最大で300のカルボキシル官能基、有利には最大で70のカルボキシル官能基、さらに良好には最大で15のカルボキシル官能基を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機ポリカルボン酸は50000以下の、好ましくは10000以下の、有利には5000以下の数平均モル質量を示すことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機ポリカルボン酸は飽和または不飽和で直鎖または分枝の脂環式非ポリマーの有機ポリカルボン酸、環状酸および芳香族酸から選択されることを特徴とする請求項7ないし9のうちの1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機ポリカルボン酸はジカルボン酸、特にシュウ酸、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸、タルトロン酸、アスパラギン酸、グルタミン酸、フマル酸、イタコン酸、マレイン酸、トラウマチン酸、ショウノウ酸、フタル酸およびその誘導体、特に少なくとも1個のホウ素原子または塩素原子を有するもの、テトラヒドロフタル酸およびその誘導体、特に少なくとも1個の塩素元素を有するもの、イソフタル酸、テレフタル酸、メサコン酸およびシトラコン酸、トリカルボン酸、特にクエン酸、トリカルバリル酸、1,2,4−ブタントリカルボン酸、アコニット酸、ヘミメリト酸、トリメリト酸およびトリメシン酸、ならびにテトラカルボン酸、特に1,2,3,4−ブタンテトラカルボン酸およびピロメリト酸から選択されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機ポリカルボン酸はポリマー有機ポリカルボン酸、特に不飽和カルボン酸のホモポリマーおよび少なくとも1種の不飽和カルボン酸と少なくとも1種のビニルモノマーとのコポリマーから選択されることを特徴とする請求項7ないし9のうちの1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記不飽和カルボン酸は(メタ)アクリル酸、クロトン酸、イソクロトン酸、マレイン酸、ケイ皮酸、2−メチルマレイン酸、フマル酸、イタコン酸、2−メチルイタコン酸、α,β−メチレングルタル酸および不飽和ジカルボン酸モノマーであり、前記ビニルモノマーは非置換のスチレンまたはアルキル基、ヒドロキシル基もしくはスルホニル基によりもしくはハロゲン原子により置換されたスチレン、(メタ)アクリロニトリル、非置換の(メタ)アクリルアミドまたはC1−C10アルキル基により置換された(メタ)アクリルアミド、アルキル(メタ)アクリラート、グリシジル(メタ)アクリラート、ブタジエンおよびビニルエステルであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記酸無水物は無水マレイン酸、無水コハク酸または無水フタル酸であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリアルデヒドは非ポリマーのジアルデヒド、特にグリオキサール、グルタルアルデヒド、1,6−ヘキサンジアールまたは1,4−テレフタルアルデヒドであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリアルデヒドのアルデヒド官能基が尿素または環状尿素により保護されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の組成物。
- 前記水素添加糖は、水素添加糖と多官能架橋剤とから構成されている混合物の重量の10から90%まで、好ましくは少なくとも20%、特に20から85%まで、有利には少なくとも30%、特に30から80%までに相当することを特徴とする請求項1ないし16のうちの1項に記載の組成物。
- ルイス酸およびルイス塩基、リン含有化合物ならびにフッ素およびホウ素を有する化合物から選択される触媒をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし17のうちの1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記触媒は水素添加糖と多官能架橋剤との重量の20%まで、好ましくは10%まで、有利には少なくとも1%に相当することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の組成物。
- 水素添加糖と多官能架橋剤との100重量部に基づいて計算した以下の割合で以下の添加物:
0から2重量部のシラン、特にアミノシラン、
0から20重量部、好ましくは4から15重量部のオイル、
0から5重量部の疎水性物質、特にシリコーン、
0から20重量部のポリオールであって水素添加糖以外のもの、
0から30重量部、好ましくは0から20重量部の尿素、
0から30重量部の「増量剤」であってリグニン誘導体、たとえばアンモニウムリグノスルファート(ALS)またはナトリウムリグノスルファート、および動物性または植物性タンパク質から選択されるもの
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし18のうちの1項に記載の組成物。 - 請求項1ないし20のうちの1項に記載したサイジング組成物を用いてサイジング処理したミネラルウール、特にグラスウールまたはロックウールに基づく防音製品および/または断熱製品。
- 請求項1ないし20のうちの1項に記載のサイジング組成物を用いてサイジング処理したミネラルファイバー、特にグラスファイバーまたはロックファイバーのベール。
