前記還元糖が、3〜8個の炭素原子、好ましくは5〜7個の炭素原子を含む還元単糖から選択される、態様1に記載の組成物。

前記還元単糖がアルドースである、態様2に記載の組成物。
《態様4》
前記アルドースが、ヘキソースである、例えばグルコース、マンノース、及びガラクトースである、態様3に記載の組成物。
《態様5》
前記還元糖が、100,000未満、好ましくは50,000未満、有利には10,000未満、及びさらに好ましくは180超の重量平均分子量を示す還元多糖である、態様1に記載の組成物。

態様1〜25のいずれか1項に記載のサイジング組成物を使用してサイジングしたミネラルウール、特にグラスウール又はロックウールに基づく、防音製品及び/又は断熱製品。
− 少なくとも1種の還元糖と、
− 少なくとも1種の水素化糖と、
− 少なくとも1種の多官能性架橋剤と、
− 少なくとも1種のポリグリセロールと、
を含む。
DE=100×(切断されるグリコシド結合の数/出発デンプン中のグリコシド結合の数)。
− 0〜2部のシラン、具体的にはアミノシラン又はエポキシシラン、

− 粘度、mPa.sで表される、20℃で5〜500s-1で変動する剪断力を有する円錐/平面回転型のレオメーターを使用。
− 105℃のチャンバーで1時間乾燥の前後に重量測定することによる、オーブンを通過する前の非架橋サイジンググラスウールからなるマットの水分含量。マットの水分含量は%で表される。
− 絶縁製品から打ち抜いて切り取った試料の基準ASTM C 686−71Tに従う引張り強さ。この試料は、122nmの長さ、46mmの幅、38mmに等しい外端の切り抜きの曲率半径、及び12.5mmに等しい内端の切り抜きの曲率半径を有する円環の形を有する。
これらの例は、産業ラインでグラスウールに基づく絶縁製品の製造を例示する。
ミネラルウールは、幅2.4mのライン上で内部遠心法を使用して連続的に製造され、前記内部遠心法では、溶融グラスウールは、溶融組成物を受けるためのチャンバーを形成するバスケットと、多くの穴が空いている周辺バンドとを含む遠心ディスクと呼ばれるツールを用いて、繊維に変換される。ディスクは、垂直に配置された対称軸の周りに回転され、組成物は遠心の作用下で穴から射出され、穴から出て来た材料は、延伸ガス流の補助で繊維に延伸される。
操作は、例1〜6の条件下で行われるが、オーブンの温度は260℃に等しくなるように、得られる絶縁製品が17.5kg/m3に等しい名目密度と75mmに等しい名目厚さを示すように、そしてサイジング組成物が以下の表2に与えられる組成物を有するように、修飾され、ここで量は重量部として表される。

- 以下を含むことを特徴とする、ミネラルウールに基づく絶縁製品用のサイジング組成物:
− 少なくとも1種の還元糖、
− 少なくとも1種の水素化糖、
− 少なくとも1種の多官能性架橋剤、及び
− 少なくとも1種のポリグリセロール。 - 前記還元糖が、3〜8個の炭素原子を含む還元単糖から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記還元単糖がアルドースである、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記アルドースが、ヘキソースである、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記還元糖が、100,000未満の重量平均分子量を示す還元多糖である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記還元多糖が、50重量%超のグルコース単位からなる、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 前記還元糖が、還元単糖及び/又は還元多糖の混合物である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。

- 前記ポリグリセロールが、少なくとも50重量%のジグリセロール、トリグリセロールとテトラグリセロールを含むポリグリセロール混合物である、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記水素化糖が、還元糖と水素化糖との総重量の18%〜80%を占める、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記多官能性架橋剤が、有機ポリカルボン酸又はこれらの酸の塩、無水物、及びポリアルデヒドから選択される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機ポリカルボン酸が、少なくとも2つのカルボキシル官能基を含む、請求項15に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機ポリカルボン酸が、非ポリマー酸又はポリマー酸であり、これは、数平均分子量が、50,000以下である、請求項16に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機ポリカルボン酸が、非ポリマー性であり、2〜4のカルボキシル官能基を含む、請求項16又は17に記載の組成物。
- 前記無水物が、無水マレイン酸、無水コハク酸、又は無水フタル酸である、請求項15に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリアルデヒドが、非ポリマー性ジアルデヒドである、請求項15に記載の組成物。
- 前記還元糖及び水素化糖が、前記還元糖、前記水素化糖、及び前記多官能性架橋剤からなる混合物の重量の10%〜90%を占める、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリグリセロールが、前記還元糖、前記水素化糖、及び前記架橋剤の総重量の2%〜50%を占める、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- ルイス酸とルイス塩基、リン含有化合物、及びフッ素とホウ素とを含む化合物から選択される触媒をさらに含む、請求項1〜22のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記触媒が、前記還元糖、前記水素化糖、及び前記多官能性架橋剤の総重量の最大20%を占める、請求項20に記載の組成物。
- 還元糖、水素化糖、及び多官能性架橋剤の100重量部に基づいて算出される以下の比率で、下記の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜24のいずれか1項に記載の組成物:
− 0〜2部のシラン、
− 0〜20部の油、
− 0〜5部のシリコーン、
− 上記還元糖、上記水素化糖、及び上記ポリグリセロール以外の0〜20部のポリオール、
− リグニン誘導体、及び動物又は植物タンパク質から選択される0〜30部の増量剤。 - 請求項1〜25のいずれか1項に記載のサイジング組成物を使用してサイジングしたミネラルウール、防音製品及び/又は断熱製品。
