Description
いくつかの実施例では、この面は、ポペットのボアの内側に配置されておよび付勢された摺動部材の面である。スプリングシートが面に係合しつつ、弁のステムがさらに延在する場合には、例えば、摺動部材はボアの内側を摺動して、カムを50〜70度の進行範囲で回転させ、弁を完全に開放する。一旦スプリングシートが面から係脱すると、ボアの内側における付勢部材が摺動部材を休止位置に戻す。
Claims (29)
- 弁の第2の本体に密閉的に係合する第1のシート面を有する第1の本体であって、
前記弁のプラグに密閉的に係合する、前記第1のシート面の反対側にある第2のシート面と、
前記弁のステムを受容する孔と、
前記弁のチャンバを別のチャンバに流体的に接続するように前記第1の本体を通り、前記孔と前記第2のシート面との間に配置された開口を有する少なくとも一つの流体流路と、を形成する第1の本体を備える、弁と共に用いるポペット。 - 前記少なくとも一つの流体流路が、前記他のチャンバと前記弁の前記チャンバとの間における流体の流速を速くする、請求項1に記載のポペット。
- 前記少なくとも一つの流体流路が、前記他のチャンバの圧力が前記弁の前記チャンバの圧力を均等にする速度を速くする、請求項1に記載のポペット。
- 前記第1の本体は、前記第1の本体の外面における把持を可能にする複数の略平坦面をさらに形成する、請求項1に記載のポペット。
- 前記複数の略平坦面が段状に成形された面である、請求項4に記載のポペット。
- 前記外面がテーパ面である、請求項4に記載のポペット。
- 前記本体により形成されたボアに摺動可能かつ密閉的に係合する外面を有する摺動部材をさらに備え、前記ボアが、前記孔と同軸上に整列されており、前記第1のシート面に囲まれる、請求項1に記載のポペット。
- 前記ボアの内側に前記摺動部材を配置するように、前記本体に連結されたプレートをさらに備える、請求項7に記載のポペット。
- 前記第1の本体から離れるように前記摺動部材を付勢する、前記ボアの内側に配置された付勢部材をさらに備える、請求項8に記載のポペット。
- 前記他のチャンバと前記弁の前記チャンバとの間の流体流れを制御するように、前記摺動部材が、前記ステムに連結されたスプリングシート面に係合する面を有する、請求項7に記載のポペット。
- 前記摺動部材が、前記スプリングシート面により係合されることに応じて前記ボアに対して移動する、請求項10に記載のポペット。
- 前記ステムが円筒状の本体を有する、請求項1に記載のポペット。
- 前記孔のサイズが、前記本体に関連して前記ステムをガイドするために、前記ステムのサイズに一致する、請求項1に記載のポペット。
- 前記少なくとも一つの流体流路が、前記孔と略同軸である、請求項1に記載のポペット。
- 弁を通る流体の流れを制御する第1のシート面を有する本体であって、
前記弁を通る流体の流れを制御する前記第1のシート面の反対側にある第2のシート面と、
前記弁のステムを受容する孔と、
シールまたは摺動部材の少なくも一つを受容する、前記第1のシート面に囲まれたボアであって、前記シールまたは摺動部材各々が、前記弁を通る流体流れを制御するように、前記ステムに連結されたスプリングシートの第2の面に係合する第1の面を有するボアと、を形成する本体を備える、弁と共に用いる流体流れ制御部材。 - 前記摺動部材が、前記第2の面によって係合されることおよび前記ステムの移動に応じて前記ボアに対して移動する、請求項15に記載の流体流れ制御部材。
- 前記ボアの内側に前記シールまたは前記摺動部材の少なくとも一つを配置するように、前記本体に連結されたプレートをさらに備える、請求項15に記載の流体流れ制御部材。
- 前記本体から離れるように前記摺動部材を付勢する、前記ボアの内側に配置された第1の付勢部材をさらに備える、請求項15に記載の流体流れ制御部材。
- 前記本体から離れるように前記スプリングシートを付勢する、前記ボアの面と前記スプリングシート面との間に配置された第2の付勢部材をさらに備える、請求項18に記載の流体流れ制御部材。
- 前記摺動部材が対称である、請求項15に記載の流体流れ制御部材。
- 前記本体の外面が、前記本体の前記外面の把持を可能にする複数の段部をさらに形成する、請求項15に記載の流体流れ制御部材。
- 前記外面がテーパ面である、請求項21に記載の流体流れ制御部材。
- 弁を通る流体流れを制御するシートを有する本体であって、
シート面と、
前記弁のステムを受容する孔と、
前記本体の外面における把持を可能にする複数の略平坦面と、を形成する本体を備える、弁と共に用いる流体流れ制御部材。 - 前記流体流れ制御部材が、内部弁と共に用いるポペットである、請求項23に記載の流体流れ制御部材。
- 前記複数の略平坦面が段状に成形された面である、請求項23に記載の流体流れ制御部材。
- 前記外面がテーパ面である、請求項23に記載の流体流れ制御部材。
- 内部弁を通る流体流れを制御する第1のシート面およびその反対側にある第2のシート面を有するポペットと、
前記内部弁のステムを受容する孔と、
前記内部弁の両側における流体圧力を均等にするのに必要な時間を減少する、前記ポペットを通る少なくとも一つの通路と、を備える、流体流れを制御する内部弁。 - 前記ステムと、前記通路の周囲にある前記ポペットの面とを摺動可能に係合する、前記少なくとも一つの通路を通る流体の流れを実質的に抑制するスプリングシートをさらに備える、請求項27に記載の内部弁。
- 前記ポペットの前記面が、前記ポペットのボアの内側に配置された摺動部材により形成されており、前記ポペットの前記ボアが、前記孔と同軸上に整列される、請求項28に記載の内部弁。
