Claims (15)
- 弁について用いるポペット装置であって、
内部にボアが形成された本体と、
前記弁を通る流体流れを制御する第1のシート面およびその反対側の第2のシート面であって、該第1のシート面は前記ボアを囲む第1のシート面と第2のシート面と、
前記ボア内に延びて前記弁のステムを受け入れる孔を開設した細長部材と、
前記本体を通って前記孔と同軸上に形成された流体流路と、
前記本体の前記細長部材を囲むスプリングシートであって、前記本体のボア内に位置して、前記流体流路と一直線に位置する流れ変向装置を形成して、前記流体流路を通る流体の流れをそらし、前記本体内に少なくとも一部が配置されたスプリングが前記流体の流れにより圧縮されることを略妨げるスプリングシートと、を備えるポペット装置。 - 前記流体流路が、前記孔と前記第2のシート面と間に配置される、請求項1に記載のポペット装置。
- 前記流れ変向装置は、前記流体流路に近接する肩部を含み、前記肩部の面が前記流体流路からの前記流体の流れをそらすように位置する、請求項1又は2に記載のポペット装置。
- 前記スプリングシートは、前記本体の前記細長部材の端部に係合して、前記本体に対して前記スプリングシートを固定する内部肩部を含む、請求項1乃至3の何れか記載のポペット装置。
- 前記流体流路は、前記弁のチャンバを他のチャンバに流体的に接続するように構成される、請求項1乃至4の何れか記載のポペット装置。
- 前記本体に連結され、開口を形成したプレートであって、前記開口は前記ステムに連結された第2のスプリングシートが前記開口に近接する場合に、前記ポペット装置を通る前記流体流れを制限するサイズに形成されたプレートをさらに備える、請求項1乃至5の何れか記載のポペット装置。
- 前記開口に対して前記スプリングシートを整列する、前記開口を囲む曲面をさらに備える、請求項6に記載のポペット装置。
- 前記曲面が前記プレートの横軸に対して対称的であり、前記プレートが、前記プレートの第1の面または前記プレートの第2の面のいずれかを介して前記本体に連結できる、請求項7に記載のポペット装置。
- 前記スプリングシートが前記開口に隣接して配置された場合に、前記開口に隣接する面と前記スプリングシートの外面との間に、約0.09ミリメートルの間隔を付与するサイズに前記開口が形成される、請求項6乃至8の何れか記載のポペット装置。
- 前記流れ変向装置が前記本体に一体的に連結される、請求項1記載のポペット装置。
- 前記本体の外面を把持可能なように、前記本体は一つ以上の略平坦な面を形成する、請求項1乃至10の何れか記載のポペット装置。
- チャンバを形成し、別の本体に螺合する雄ネジを含む本体と、
少なくとも一部が前記チャンバ内に位置し、ステム、該ステムに固定されたプラグ及び該ステムの周りに位置する付勢部材を有し、ステム組立体と、
内部にボアを形成したポペット装置と、
該ボア内に延びて、前記ステムを受け入れる孔を開設した細長部材と、
前記ポペット装置を通って、前記孔と同軸に形成された流体流路と、
前記細長部材を囲み、前記ポペット装置のボア内に位置して、前記流体流路と一直線に位置する流れ変向装置を形成して、前記流体流路を通る流体の流れをそらし、前記ポペット装置内に少なくとも一部が配置されたスプリングが前記流体の流れにより圧縮されることを略妨げるスプリングシートと、を備え、
前記ステム組立体は前記ポペット装置を前記弁の本体に向かって付勢する力を及ぼし、弁を通る流体の流れを制御する弁。 - 更に、前記ポペット装置に連結されたプレートであって、前記ステムに連結されたスプリングシートが前記開口に近接する場合に、前記ポペット装置を通る前記流体流れを制限するサイズに形成された前記開口を形成するプレートをさらに備える、請求項12記載の弁。
- 前記開口に対して前記スプリングシートを整列する、前記開口を囲む曲面をさらに備える、請求項13に記載の弁。
- 前記スプリングシートが前記開口に隣接して配置された場合に、前記開口に隣接する面と前記スプリングシートの外面との間に、約0.09ミリメートルの間隔を付与するサイズに前記開口が形成される、請求項13又は14に記載の弁。
