Claims (7)
- 梱包クッションを備える複合エアー・発泡体保護梱包材製品であって、
前記梱包クッションが、断面において、
少なくとも3つのプラスチックフィルム層と、
前記少なくとも3つのプラスチックフィルム層の第1層と第2層との間における発泡体と、
前記少なくとも3つのプラスチックフィルム層の第2層と第3層との間におけるエアーと、
を有することを特徴とする複合エアー・発泡体保護梱包材製品。 - 前記梱包クッションが、断面において、
4つのプラスチックフィルム層と、
前記4つのプラスチックフィルム層の第1層と第2層との間における発泡体と、
前記4つのプラスチックフィルム層の第2層と第3層との間におけるエアーと、
前記4つのプラスチックフィルム層の第3層と第4層との間における発泡体と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合エアー・発泡体保護梱包材製品。 - 前記梱包クッションが、その外側縁に沿って長手方向に延在するヒートシールと、該長手方向沿って延在するヒートシールを横断する短手方向に延在するヒートシールを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の複合エアー・発泡体保護梱包材製品。
- 断面において、少なくとも3つのプラスチックフィルム層を設けるための手段と、
前記少なくとも3つのプラスチックフィルム層の第1層と第2層との間に発泡体を射出する手段と、
前記少なくとも3つのプラスチックフィルム層の第2層と第3層との間にエアーを射出する手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする複合エアー・発泡体保護梱包材を製造する機械。 - 前記プラスチックフィルム層を前へ進める手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の機械。
- 複数の前記プラスチックフィルムの外側端に沿って長手方向に延在するヒートシールを形成する手段を、さらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の機械。
- 複数の前記プラスチックフィルムを横断して、短手方向に延在するヒートシールを形成する手段を、さらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の機械。
