Abstract
Description
特に、長骨の置換用、特に大腿骨用の体内人工器官の場合には、結合部位でのレバー(lever)効果の結果として、かなりの力が発生することを、心に留めておく必要がある。同様の力は、人工器官の切片(セグメント:segment)間の結合部位にも加わる。従って、そこで用いられる結合部は、かなりの荷重に耐えなければならない。前記結合部は、長期間に亘ってかなりの力を安全に伝達しなければならないだけでなく、実際に動きが自由でなければならず、また、必要とされる場合には、セグメントの交換ができるように、再び分離することもできなければならない。
更に、窪み状(ポケット状:pocket−like)の凹所37が、フランジ部30の円形表面上に形成され、前記端面31からシャフト2の方に向かって延びている。これら凹所は、シャフト2の中心軸に関して正しい方向に合わせた横穴52を有している。この横穴52は、その底部に円錐面54を備えた止まり穴(blind hole)として設計されている。
何れの場合においても、受容穴34の深さは、突出部の先端35が受け口(ソケット)34の底部上に位置するに至る前に、端面31,32の一方が他方上に位置するに至るように、寸法設定されている。寸法によって構造的に予め設定されるものであるが、外端部35と端面32との間の距離は、挿入深さの大きさを形成する。
Claims (12)
- 特に少なくとも長骨の部分置換のための人工器官で、シャフト(2)を人工器官の他の部分(1)に結合するための差し込み式結合部を備え、差し込み結合部(3)が軸方向の突出部(33)と受け口(34)を備える人工器官であって、差し込み式結合部(3)の片側部分に径方向の横溝(53)を配設し、該径方向の横溝(53)を差し込み式結合部の背後に連係させ、差し込み式結合部の他側部分に配置された横穴(52)の軸(56)に対しオフセット(d)させた中心軸(55)を持たせ、締付要素(6)を横溝(53)内に挿入し、挿入状態においてその先端(62)を横穴(52)に係合させる、ことを特徴とする人工器官。
- 選択された軸方向空間は、少なくとも最大深度の挿入においてもそれが正であるような大きさとした、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 選択された軸間オフセットは、最大の挿入深度にあっても横溝(53)が横穴(52)に重複する大きさを限度とした、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の人工器官。
- 軸間オフセットは、少なくとも0.3mm、好ましくは0.5mmを計測する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の人工器官。
- 横溝(53)の谷径は挿入の最小深度と最大深度との間の差分の少なくとも2倍、好ましくは3倍である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の人工器官。
- 横穴(52)はその底部において円錐状に先細とした、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の人工器官。
- 横溝(53)は差し込み式結合部の軸方向に平行に突出する回転防止用の短い突起部(51)内に配置した、ことを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の人工器官。
- 第2の横溝(53’)を好ましくは、第2の直径を挟んで対向する回転防止用の短い突起部(51’)内に配置した、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の人工器官。
- 第2の横溝(53’)は別の好ましくはより大きな軸方向空間を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の人工器官。
- 先端(62)は好ましくは楔形変位面として設計した、ことを特徴とする請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の人工器官。
- 締付要素(6,6’)の先端は弾性的である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から10の何れか1項に記載の人工器官。
- 先端(62)は弾性材料、好ましくは非常に弾性のあるポリエチレン材料で製作した被覆体(64)でもって設計した、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の人工器官。
