Claims (8)
- 第1のシャフトと、第2のシャフトと、少なくとも前記第1のシャフトに取り付けられた単一のスプロケットユニットとを含むエンジン系において、前記スプロケットユニットが:
第1の面と第2の面とを有する、前記第1のシャフトに取り付けられたダンパであって、前記第1の面が、少なくとも1つの凹部を画定し、前記第2の面が、ばね荷重の重りを受け入れるチャンバを画定するダンパと;
前記ダンパの第1の面に隣接して、前記第1のシャフトに取り付けられたスプロケットであって、駆動力を受けるための外周と、少なくとも1つの開口部および所定の長さを有する少なくとも1つのスロットを画定するハブとを有するスプロケットと;
前記スプロケットに隣接して、前記第1のシャフトに取り付けられたフロントエンドプレートであって、前記スプロケットの前記少なくとも1つの開口部と一致する少なくとも1つの開口部を画定するハブを有するフロントエンドプレートと;
前記スプロケットの前記少なくとも1つの開口部、前記フロントエンドプレートの前記少なくとも1つの開口部、および前記ダンパの前記少なくとも1つの凹部内に受け入れられた少なくとも1つのばねと
を含み;
前記第1のシャフトが回転し、前記エンジンの点火周波数が前記第1のシャフトの共振周波数と一致したとき、前記バネ荷重の重りが、前記ダンパの前記チャンバに滑り込んで、前記第1のシャフトの共振周波数を減衰させ;
前記スプロケットが、前記スロットの長さ以下の量だけ回転し、前記少なくとも1つのばねを伸縮させて、前記第2のシャフトにかかる前記第1のシャフトのねじり負荷を低減するエンジン系。 - 前記ダンパの第2の面に取り付けられるとともに、前記重りが、前記チャンバから外側に半径方向に移動するのを防ぐバックプレートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエンジン系。
- 前記ダンパが、外側壁によって画定された外周をさらに含み、前記第1の面が、前記第1のシャフトの一部に沿って半径方向に延在する内側壁を含み、前記第2の面が、前記内側壁と外側壁との間に直径方向に延在する仕切りを含む、前記内側壁と外側壁との間に横断方向に延在する端壁を含むことで、前記仕切りと、前記外側壁と、前記端壁とが、前記ばね荷重の重りを受け入れるためのチャンバを画定するようになっている、請求項1に記載のエンジン系。
- 軸受面が、前記スプロケットと前記ダンパの内側壁との間に存在する、請求項3に記載のエンジン系。
- 前記第2のシャフトに取り付けられた第2のスプロケットユニットをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエンジン系。
- 前記バネ荷重の重りが摩擦材料をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエンジン系。
- 前記ダンパが摩擦同調吸収器である、請求項1に記載のエンジン系。
- 前記ダンパがクーロンダンパである、請求項1に記載のエンジン系。
