Abstract
【解決手段】下水脱水汚泥を、100℃以上の温度条件で30分以上、もしくは60℃以上の温度条件で1時間以上にわたり乾燥させた乾燥汚泥2とし、ガスバリア性と熱シール性とを備えた悪臭バリアフィルムによって形成された袋1の内部に充填したうえ、口部を熱シールして汚泥燃料とする。また、悪臭が発生しない利点がある。なお保管温度がより高温の場合には、乾燥条件を高めることが望ましい。

Description
図1は本発明の汚泥燃料の実施形態を示す断面図であり、1は悪臭バリアフィルムによって形成された袋、2は乾燥汚泥であり、袋1の内部に充填されている。

Claims (6)
- 乾燥汚泥を、ガスバリア性と熱シール性とを備えた悪臭バリアフィルムによって包装したことを特徴とする汚泥燃料。
- 前記悪臭バリアフィルムが、ガスバリア層と熱シール層とを備えた複層フィルムからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の汚泥燃料。
- 前記悪臭バリアフィルムが、ガスバリア層中に熱シール性樹脂を分散させた単層フィルムからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の汚泥燃料。
- 前記乾燥汚泥が、0〜50%の含水率を持つものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の汚泥燃料。
- 前記ガスバリア層がエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体(EVOH)、PGA、PETなどのC、H、Oのみで構成されるフィルムからなることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の汚泥燃料。
- 下水脱水汚泥を、100℃以上の温度条件で30分以上、もしくは60℃以上の温度条件で1時間以上にわたり乾燥させて乾燥汚泥とし、少なくともガスバリア性と熱シール性とを備えた悪臭バリアフィルムによって形成された袋の内部に充填したうえ、口部を熱シールすることを特徴とする汚泥燃料の製造方法。
