Abstract
【解決手段】プラスチックフィルム1の両面にポリエチレン等からなる接着剤層2を介して紙3a,3bを貼り合せた紙シート基材A1の片面に、熱接着樹脂層4を設けた熱接着障子紙において、プラスチックフィルム1として熱変形温度が160℃以上のものを使用する。

Description
パルプ87質量%、レーヨン10質量%、バインダー3質量%を配合した坪量25g/m2の紙3aの片面に、融点97℃、平均粒径100μm、最小粒径83μm及び最大粒径150μmの非水溶性EVA(例えば、東ソー株式会社製のケン化エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂)を、パウダースキャータ法によって6g/m2散布後に加熱溶融させて球形、半球形の島状に点在させ、熱接着樹脂層4を形成した。
熱接着樹脂層4を形成する側の紙3a坪量を40g/m2、その反対側の紙3bの坪量を10g/m2とした以外は実施例1と同様の工程で障子紙Aを作製した。

[接着強度の測定要領]
(1)サンプル作製
・各例の障子紙を切り取り、縦方向に100mm、横方向に50mmの大きさの試験片を採取する。
・採取した試験片を試験板(縦:横:厚さ=100mm:50mm:9mm、材質:スプルース)に当て、ヒートシール機(線圧:0.16MPa(1.6kgf/cm2)、温度:133.8℃、時間:2秒 )にて熱接着(シール幅:10mm×50mm)し、供試サンプルとする。
(2)剥離試験
・(1)で作製した供試サンプルをジグに挟んで、引張り試験機((株)安田精機製作所 LLOYD LRX)にセットし、JIS P 8113の要領にて上下に引張り、紙(試験片)と試験板の剥離時の強度を接着強度とする。

Claims (7)
- プラスチックフィルムの両面に接着剤層を介して紙を貼り合せた紙シート基材の片面に、熱接着樹脂層を設けた熱接着障子紙において、前記プラスチックフィルムの熱変形温度が160℃以上であることを特徴とする熱接着障子紙。
- 前記プラスチックフィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる請求項1に記載の熱接着障子紙。
- 前記プラスチックフィルムの厚みは、12〜100μmである請求項1又は2に記載の熱接着障子紙。
- 前記接着剤層は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、アイオノマー又はエチレン共重合体からなる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の熱接着障子紙。
- 紙の坪量は、2枚の合計で40〜120g/m2である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱接着障子紙。
- 前記熱接着樹脂層を設ける紙シート基材の片面側の紙の坪量は、10〜50g/m2である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱接着障子紙。
- 前記熱接着樹脂層を設ける紙シート基材の片面側の紙の坪量が、前記紙シート基材の反対側の紙の坪量より小さい請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の熱接着障子紙。
