通用型预涂膜
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷覆膜技术领域,特别涉及一种普适性强,对各种打印技术特别是数码打印技术生产的印刷品有优异的粘结强度的印刷覆膜,是一种采用涂布、挤出复合工艺技术制造的预涂膜。
背景技术
覆膜是印刷品印后加工的重要手段,20世纪80年代后期该技术逐渐引入我国,由于覆膜工艺不仅可以对印刷品提供保护作用,延长其使用寿命,而且可以提高印刷品的外观效果,故该工艺迅速在全国得到普及,已广泛应用于书刊、食品、烟酒、药品等的包装上。
覆膜工艺分为即涂膜覆膜工艺与预涂膜覆膜工艺,相比于即涂膜,预涂膜具有环保安全、操作方便、高效节能、性能优异等特点,其在市场所占份额正在逐步提高。
印刷是一门古老而又现代的技术,随着印刷设备、工艺技术以及原材料制造水平的不断进步,印刷品的数量与质量不断提高,印刷品的种类也层出不穷。这一方面极大丰富了人们的生产、生活,另一方面却给印后覆膜工作增加了难度,特别是随着数码印刷技术的成熟与普及,为保证印刷品具有优异的色彩和图像特征,印刷油墨中常常会引入各种填料和助剂,如蜡、硅油等,这严重降低了覆膜胶层对印刷品的粘结力,对传统覆膜技术构成了严峻挑战。
此外,作为印刷技术中最重要的部分,印刷油墨的制造水平和产品种类也在不断翻新。不同厂家的油墨其主要成分差别很大,以油墨主体成分连接料为例,目前市场上代表产品有丙烯酸体系、醇酸树脂体系、聚氨酯体系、醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚物体系以及环氧体系等,丰富多样的油墨种类对印后覆膜的胶粘剂技术也提出了新的课题。
因此,开发一种对各种油墨的印刷品均具有优异粘结强度的预涂膜非常必要,这也是本发明的出发点和创新点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种普适性强、对各种打印技术特别是数码打印技术生产的印刷品有优异粘结强度的通用型预涂膜,以满足日益多样的印刷品覆膜需求。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种通用型预涂膜,包括依次结合在一起的基材、中间层、热熔胶层和增粘层,所述基材为双向拉伸塑料薄膜,其厚度为10~30μm,所述中间层为聚乙烯亚胺(PEI),根据基材可选择用或不用,使用时其厚度为0.01~0.03μm(涂覆干重为0.009~0.011g/㎡),所述热熔胶层的厚度为10~35μm,所述增粘层为具有热敏性或压敏性的水性胶粘剂,其厚度为0.01~0.08μm(涂覆干重为0.01~0.08g/㎡)。
优选地,所述双向拉伸塑料薄膜为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)、双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET)或双向拉伸尼龙薄膜(Nylon)。
优选地,所述热熔胶层包含乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(EEA)、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)或乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)。
优选地,所述水性胶粘剂包含丙烯酸乳液或聚氨酯乳液,以及附着力促进剂。
优选地,所述基材的厚度为12~20μm,中间层的厚度为0.01~0.02μm(涂覆干重为0.009~0.01g/㎡),热熔胶层的厚度为15~26μm,增粘层的厚度为0.05-0.07μm(涂覆干重为0.05~0.07g/㎡)。
基材和热熔胶层的厚度进行适当的组合后,可以获得不同的产品。
本发明的通用型预涂膜与多种油墨有很好的粘接力,对各种打印技术特别是数码打印技术生产的印刷品有优异的粘结强度,可使覆膜后的压纹、轧线等击突工艺得以完美实现,具有普适性强、高色彩饱和度、高亮度、高抗张强度、高挺阔度、高平整度等优点,满足了日益多样的印刷品覆膜需求。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
实施例1:以成品宽度为1410毫米的双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)通用型预涂膜为例,进行详细说明。
1)增粘层用水性胶粘剂的配置。用丙烯酸乳液或聚氨酯乳液与附着力促进剂按照适当比例调配出与油墨粘结效果良好的水性胶粘剂。
2)参阅图1,成品的双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)通用型预涂膜有四层,第一层为基材1,第二层为中间层2,第三层为热熔胶层3,第四层为增粘层4。基材1采用双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜,宽度选定为1430毫米;中间层2采用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI);热熔胶层3采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯(EVA)热熔胶。
利用挤出机和复合设备组成的生产线,将中间层2均匀涂覆在基材1一侧的表面上,然后再将热熔胶层3均匀复合在中间层2的表面上,复合后经过切边系统,两侧边缘累计会被切掉20毫米,最终产品将比基材窄20毫米左右,在幅宽方向,厚度偏差≤2微米。基材1的厚度选定为15微米,中间层2的厚度约为0.015微米(涂覆量为0.009~0.01g/㎡),热熔胶层3的厚度选定为15微米。获得双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)预涂膜半成品后,再利用涂布设备将增粘层4涂布到热熔胶层3的表面上,即可获得双向拉伸聚丙烯通用型预涂膜成品。
实施例2:以成品宽度为1580毫米的双向拉伸聚酯(BOPET)通用型预涂膜为例,进行详细说明。
1)增粘层用水性胶粘剂的配置。用(改性)丙烯酸乳液或(改性)聚氨酯乳液与附着力促进剂按照适当比例调配出与油墨粘结效果良好的水性胶粘剂。
2)参阅图1,成品的双向拉伸聚酯(BOPET)通用型预涂膜有四层,第一层为基材1,第二层为中间层2,第三层为热熔胶层3,第四层为增粘层4。基材1采用双向拉伸聚酯(BOPET)薄膜,宽度选定为1600毫米;中间层2采用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI);热熔胶层3采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯(EVA)热熔胶。
利用挤出机和复合设备组成的生产线,将中间层2均匀涂布在基材1一侧的表面上,然后再将热熔胶层3均匀复合在中间层2的表面上,复合后经过切边系统,两侧边缘累计会被切掉20毫米,最终产品将比基材窄20毫米左右,在幅宽方向,厚度偏差≤2微米。基材1的厚度选定为12微米,中间层2的厚度约为0.015微米(涂布量为0.009~0.01g/㎡),热熔胶层3的厚度选定为18微米。获得双向拉伸聚酯(BOPET)预涂膜半成品后,再利用涂布设备将增粘层4涂布到热熔胶层3的表面上,即可获得双向拉伸聚酯通用型预涂膜成品。
基材1和热熔胶层3的厚度进行适当的组合后,可以获得不同的产品。
上述挤出机、复合设备、涂布设备以及复合、涂布工艺是本领域技术人员熟知的现有技术,此处不再赘述。
本发明的通用型预涂膜与多种油墨有很好的粘接力,对各种打印技术特别是数码打印技术生产的印刷品有优异的粘结强度,可使覆膜后的压纹、轧线等击突工艺得以完美实现,具有普适性强、高色彩饱和度、高亮度、高抗张强度、高挺阔度、高平整度等优点,满足了日益多样的印刷品覆膜需求。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种通用型预涂膜,其特征在于:包括依次结合在一起的基材、中间层、热熔胶层和增粘层,所述基材为双向拉伸塑料薄膜,其厚度为10~30μm,所述中间层为聚乙烯亚胺,其厚度为0.01~0.03μm,所述热熔胶层的厚度为10~35μm,所述增粘层为具有热敏性或压敏性的水性胶粘剂,其厚度为0.01~0.08μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通用型预涂膜,其特征在于:所述基材为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、双向拉伸聚酯薄膜或双向拉伸尼龙薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的通用型预涂膜,其特征在于:所述热熔胶层包含乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物或乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的通用型预涂膜,其特征在于:所述水性胶粘剂包含丙烯酸乳液或聚氨酯乳液,以及附着力促进剂。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的通用型预涂膜,其特征在于:所述基材的厚度为12~20μm,中间层的厚度为0.01~0.02μm,热熔胶层的厚度为15~26μm,增粘层的厚度为0.05-0.07μm。
