Abstract

本发明公开了一种双向拉伸增粘预涂膜及其生产方法,包括呈依次设置的基材、中间层、热熔胶层,热熔胶层上还设置增粘层,其中基材为双向拉伸薄膜,中间层为聚乙烯亚胺,热熔胶层为共聚聚乙烯,增粘层为含有辅助成分的水性聚氨酯乳液。以双向拉伸薄膜作为基材、聚乙烯亚胺作为中间层、共聚聚乙烯作为热熔胶层以及含有辅助成分的聚氨酯乳液作为增粘层的预涂膜,是一种新型的预涂膜,由于其粘接力较大,使得利用该预涂膜覆膜后的压纹、扎线等击凸工艺得以完美实现,满足广大客户的覆膜需求,同时以聚氨酯乳液作为增粘层,其可渗透进印刷品的油墨层,并且可以跟多种油墨有很好的粘接力,对印刷品具有超高粘接特性。

Description

双向拉伸增粘预涂膜及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷技术领域,具体涉及一种预涂膜,特别涉及一种双向拉伸增粘预涂膜。
背景技术
覆膜工艺是20世纪80年代后期引入我国的,由于覆膜工艺不仅可以对印刷品提供保护作用,延长其使用寿命,同时可以提高印刷品的外观效果,该工艺已迅速在全国得到普及,广泛的应用于书刊、食品、烟酒、药品等包装上。覆膜工艺分为即涂膜覆膜工艺与预涂膜覆膜工艺,即涂膜覆膜工艺具有以下缺点:(1)、容易出现起泡和脱膜现象,在大面积湿地印刷或湿度大的工作环境下,起泡和脱膜现象尤为严重;(2)、产品表面经常产生光泽度不一的亮点或雾点;(3)、产品容易发生卷曲现象,如果涂胶时压力过大或烘干时温度过高,这种卷曲现象更严重;(4)、覆膜时有机溶剂等化学物质将向大气中挥发,造成环境污染,甚至引起火灾,而相比于即涂膜覆膜工艺,预涂膜覆膜工艺却具有环保、安全性高、操作方便、高效节能、性能优异等特点,其在市场所占份额正在逐步提高。
纸质出版物、包装物等印刷品经过预涂膜覆膜后视觉效果佳,色彩鲜艳,目前国内的预涂膜产品都是普通的EVA型或EVA型混合EAA型的预涂膜,对于低速手工覆膜工艺以及不需进行轧线、凹凸处理的产品,普通预涂膜可以满足要求。但对于全自动高速覆膜工艺,以及覆后进行轧线、凹凸处理的产品,普通预涂膜不能满足其要求,表现为起泡、脱层等质量问题。例如中国专利文献CN 102229786A公开一种“高效环保预涂膜”,其主要由基材层和热熔胶层组成,基材层和热熔胶层复合于一起,基材层为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)或双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(PET);热熔胶层是乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)混合物和乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)混合而成,两者分别占热熔胶层的重量百分比例为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)混合物75%~92%,乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)8%~25%。虽然加放了乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)树脂使热熔胶层的粘合能力得到了提升,但是其粘合能力只能应付低速手工覆膜工艺或者是不需进行轧线、凹凸处理的产品,而对于全自动高速覆膜工艺,以及覆后进行轧线、凹凸处理的产品,这种预涂膜就不能满足其要求,很容易出现气泡、脱层以及粘接不牢等质量问题。
因此,必须设计新的材料和生产方法,以生产出能适应高速覆膜和覆后轧线处理不脱膜的预涂膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种双向拉伸增粘预涂膜,其具有结构简单、制作方便、粘接性能高的优点,适合应用于有后处理工序要求、表面润湿张力低以及在高速度下较难覆膜的印品。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种双向拉伸增粘预涂膜及其生产方法,包括呈依次设置的基材、中间层、热熔胶层,所述热熔胶层上还设置增粘层。
进一步的,所述基材选用双向拉伸薄膜,优选的方案有:双向拉伸薄膜为双向拉伸聚酯薄膜或者双向拉伸尼龙薄膜或者双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,基材的厚度为10~30μm,比较优选的是基材的厚度为12~20μm;
所述中间层为聚乙烯亚胺,中间层为涂布的固含量在0.4%~1.5%的聚乙烯亚胺水溶液,聚乙烯亚胺的分子式:(CH2CH2NH)n,根据聚合物的平均分子量在1000~10000的范围选择n值,所述中间层的厚度为0.01~0.03μm,比较优选的是中间层的厚度为0.01~0.02μm;
所述热熔胶层为共聚聚乙烯,优选的方案有:共聚聚乙烯为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或者乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物或者乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物或者乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物或者低密度聚乙烯,所述热熔胶层的厚度为10~35μm,比较优选的是热熔胶层的厚度为12~25μm;
所述增粘层为含有辅助成分的水性聚氨酯乳液,优选的方案为:所述增粘层为固含量在5%~50%的所述聚氨酯乳液和含量在0.1%~10%的所述辅助成分的混合物,所述辅助成分包括流平剂、粘接促进剂,更加优选的方案为:所述聚氨酯乳液固含量为10%~30%,所述辅助成分的含量为1%~5%,所述增粘层的厚度为0.1~0.5μm,所述增粘层的涂布干重为0.05~0.5g/㎡,更加优选的是所述增粘层的厚度为0.2~0.4μm,所述增粘层的涂布干重为0.1~0.3g/㎡。
双向拉伸增粘预涂膜的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a、基材放卷:将基材卷材安放到放卷机上并通过气胀轴放卷;
b、基材的电晕处理:对基材待涂布中间层的一面进行电晕处理,以使基材的表面达因值为36~54;
c、涂布中间层:通过涂布辊涂布方式将中间层涂布于基材的电晕处理表面上,然后经过烘干通道对其进行烘干;
d、复合热熔胶层:利用挤出机将热熔胶层挤出,同时通过臭氧发生器将产生的臭氧喷吹到挤出的热熔胶层材料的流延处,流延处的热熔胶层通过啮合辊挤压结合于中间层的表面,形成复合膜,再经过冷却辊进行冷却;
e、涂布增粘层:通过涂布辊涂布方式将增粘层涂布于热熔胶层的表面;
f、成品烘干及收卷:利用烘干通道将涂布完毕的预涂膜进行烘干,再利用收卷机对加工完成的预涂膜进行收卷。
本发明的有益效果为:通过在热熔胶层一侧涂布增粘层,可以提高预涂膜与印刷品之间的粘接性,使此预涂膜的粘接力远远大于普通预涂膜,适合应用于有后处理工序要求、表面润湿张力低以及在高速度下较难覆膜的印品;以双向拉伸薄膜作为基材、聚乙烯亚胺作为中间层、共聚聚乙烯作为热熔胶层以及含有辅助成分的聚氨酯乳液作为增粘层的预涂膜,是一种新型的预涂膜,由于其粘接力较大,使得利用该预涂膜覆膜后的压纹、扎线等击凸工艺得以完美实现,满足广大客户的覆膜需求,同时以聚氨酯乳液作为增粘层,其可渗透进印刷品的油墨层,并且可以跟多种油墨有很好的粘接力,对印刷品具有超高粘接特性,对比现有技术,此预涂膜具有结构简单、制作方便、粘接性能高的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种双向拉伸增粘预涂膜包括基材01,在基材01上设置中间层02,在中间层02上设置热熔胶层03,在热熔胶层03上还设置增粘层04。
其中基材01选用双向拉伸薄膜,中间层02选用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI),热熔胶层03选用共聚聚乙烯,而增粘层04则选用含有辅助成分的水性聚氨酯乳液。通过在热熔胶层03一侧涂布增粘层04,可以提高预涂膜与印刷品之间的粘接性,使此预涂膜的粘接力远远大于普通预涂膜,适合应用于有后处理工序要求、表面润湿张力低以及在高速度下较难覆膜的印品;以双向拉伸薄膜作为基材01、聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)作为中间层02、共聚聚乙烯作为热熔胶层03以及含有辅助成分的聚氨酯乳液作为增粘层04的预涂膜,是一种新型的预涂膜,由于其粘接力较大,使得利用该预涂膜覆膜后的压纹、扎线等击凸工艺得以完美实现,满足广大客户的覆膜需求,同时以聚氨酯乳液作为增粘层04,其可渗透进印刷品的油墨层,并且可以跟多种油墨有很好的粘接力,对印刷品具有超高粘接特性。
实施例一:
以宽度为1600mm的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET)增粘预涂膜为例,进行详细的说明:
如图1所示,双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET)增粘预涂膜由基材01、中间层02、热熔胶层03以及增粘层04组成,基材01、中间层02、热熔胶层03和增粘层04的宽度相同。
其中基材01采用双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET),宽度为1620mm,厚度为12μm;
中间层02采用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI),其涂布的固含量为1.2%,涂布的宽度为1620mm,厚度为0.015μm,涂布量在0.009~0.01g/㎡之间;
热熔胶层03采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯(EVA)共聚物,复合的宽度为1620mm,厚度为13μm。
增粘层04采用固含量在5%~50%的聚氨酯乳液和含量在0.1%~10%的辅助成分的混合物,辅助成分包括流平剂、粘接促进剂等等,增粘层的厚度为0.3μm,增粘层04的涂布干重在0.05~0.5g/㎡之间。
制造完成的预涂膜的厚度约为25.4μm。
双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET)增粘预涂膜的生产方法,如图2所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤a:基材层放卷
将厚度为12μm双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET)安放于放卷机1上通过气胀轴放卷,将其展开;
步骤b、基材的电晕处理:
将展开的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET)基材送入电晕处理器2,对其待涂布中间层的一面进行电晕处理,以使其的表面达因值为54;
c、涂布中间层:
从电晕处理器2出来的被电晕处理的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET)基材,进入第一涂布辊3,第一涂布辊3将放置在第一涂布槽4内的聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)水溶液涂布在基材的电晕处理表面上,使聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)中间层与双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET)基材结合,然后结合后的薄膜进入烘干通道5进行烘干处理,烘干后的中间层的厚度为0.015μm,涂布量在0.009~0.01g/㎡之间;
d、复合热熔胶层:
挤出复合生产线的挤出机7挤出乙烯-醋酸乙烯(EVA)共聚物热熔胶,在生产线的复合工位处设置有臭氧发生器,由臭氧发生器产生臭氧并通过臭氧管12喷吹到挤出的热熔胶的流延处,同时生产线的啮合辊6将已经烘干的结合有聚乙烯亚胺的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET)薄膜输送至复合工位,并与流延至复合工位部位的热熔胶通过啮合辊6挤压结合,形成复合膜,再经过冷却辊8冷却(温度为20℃)处理,热熔胶层的厚度为13μm;
e、涂布增粘层:
从冷却辊8传送过来的薄膜进入第二涂布辊9,第二涂布辊9将放置在第二涂布槽10内的固含量在5%~50%的聚氨酯乳液和含量在0.1%~10%的辅助成分混合物涂布薄膜的热熔胶层表面上,使其与薄膜结合,然后结合后的薄膜进入烘干通道5进行烘干处理,烘干后的增粘层的厚度为0.3μm,增粘层的涂布干重在0.05~0.5g/㎡之间,增粘层中的辅助成分包括流平剂、粘接促进剂等等;
f、成品收卷:
通过收卷机11对加工完成的预涂膜进行收卷,将收卷后的卷材预涂膜两侧边缘累计切掉20mm,最终产品宽度为1600mm,厚度为25.4μm,厚度偏差≤2μm。
实施例二:
以宽度为1600mm的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)增粘预涂膜为例,进行详细的说明:
如图1所示,双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)增粘预涂膜由基材01、中间层02、热熔胶层03以及增粘层04组成,基材01、中间层02、热熔胶层03和增粘层04的宽度相同。
其中基材01采用双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP),宽度为1620mm,厚度为20μm;
中间层02采用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI),其涂布的固含量为0.8%,涂布的宽度为1620mm,厚度为0.01μm,涂布量在0.009~0.01g/㎡之间;
热熔胶层03采用乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯(EMA)共聚物,复合的宽度为1620mm,厚度为20μm。
增粘层04采用固含量在5%~50%的聚氨酯乳液和含量在0.1%~10%的辅助成分的混合物,辅助成分包括流平剂、粘接促进剂等等,增粘层的厚度为0.5μm,增粘层04的涂布干重在0.05~0.5g/㎡之间。
制造完成的预涂膜的厚度约为40.5μm。
双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)增粘预涂膜的生产方法,如图2所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤a:基材层放卷
将厚度为20μm双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)安放于放卷机1上通过气胀轴放卷,将其展开;
步骤b、基材的电晕处理:
将展开的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)基材送入电晕处理器2,对其待涂布中间层的一面进行电晕处理,以使其的表面达因值为36;
c、涂布中间层:
从电晕处理器2出来的被电晕处理的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)基材,进入第一涂布辊3,第一涂布辊3将放置在第一涂布槽4内的聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)水溶液涂布在基材的电晕处理表面上,使聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)中间层与双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)基材结合,然后结合后的薄膜进入烘干通道5进行烘干处理,烘干后的中间层的厚度为0.01μm,涂布量在0.009~0.01g/㎡之间;
d、复合热熔胶层:
挤出复合生产线的挤出机7挤出乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯(EMA)共聚物热熔胶,在生产线的复合工位处设置有臭氧发生器,由臭氧发生器产生臭氧并通过臭氧管12喷吹到挤出的热熔胶的流延处,同时生产线的啮合辊6将已经烘干的复合有聚乙烯亚胺的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)薄膜输送至复合工位,并与流延至复合工位部位的热熔胶通过啮合辊6挤压结合,形成复合膜,再经过拉伸、冷却辊8冷却(温度为20℃)处理,热熔胶层的厚度为20μm;
e、涂布增粘层:
从冷却辊8传送过来的薄膜进入第二涂布辊9,第二涂布辊9将放置在第二涂布槽10内的固含量在5%~50%的聚氨酯乳液和含量在0.1%~10%的辅助成分混合物涂布薄膜的热熔胶层表面上,使其与薄膜结合,然后复合后的薄膜进入烘干通道5进行烘干处理,烘干后的增粘层的厚度为0.5μm,增粘层的涂布干重在0.05~0.5g/㎡之间,增粘层中的辅助成分包括流平剂、粘接促进剂等等;
f、成品收卷:
通过收卷机11对加工完成的预涂膜进行收卷,将收卷后的卷材预涂膜两侧边缘累计切掉20mm,最终产品宽度为1600mm,厚度为40.5μm,厚度偏差≤2μm。。

Claims (8)

1.一种双向拉伸增粘预涂膜,包括呈依次设置的基材、中间层、热熔胶层,其特征在于,所述热熔胶层上还设置增粘层;
所述增粘层为含有辅助成分的水性聚氨酯乳液;
所述增粘层为固含量在10%~30%的所述聚氨酯乳液和含量在1%~5%的所述辅助成分的混合物,所述辅助成分包括流平剂、粘接促进剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向拉伸增粘预涂膜,其特征在于,所述基材为双向拉伸薄膜,所述中间层为聚乙烯亚胺,所述热熔胶层为共聚聚乙烯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双向拉伸增粘预涂膜,其特征在于,所述基材为双向拉伸聚酯薄膜或者双向拉伸尼龙薄膜或者双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜。
4.根据权利要求2所述的双向拉伸增粘预涂膜,其特征在于,所述热熔胶层为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或者乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物或者乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物或者乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的双向拉伸增粘预涂膜,其特征在于,所述基材的厚度为10~30μm,所述中间层的厚度为0.01~0.03μm,所述热熔胶层的厚度为10~35μm,所述增粘层的厚度为0.1~0.5μm,所述增粘层的涂布干重为0.05~0.5g/m2
6.根据权利要求5所述的双向拉伸增粘预涂膜,其特征在于,所述基材的厚度为12~20μm,所述中间层的厚度为0.01~0.02μm,所述热熔胶层的厚度为12~25μm,所述增粘层的厚度为0.2~0.4μm,所述增粘层的涂布干重为0.1~0.3g/m2
7.根据权利要求6所述的双向拉伸增粘预涂膜,其特征在于,所述中间层为涂布的固含量在0.4%~1.5%的聚乙烯亚胺水溶液,所述聚乙烯亚胺的分子式:(CH2CH2NH)n,根据聚合物的平均分子量在1000~10000的范围选择n值。
8.一种如权利要求1至7任一所述的双向拉伸增粘预涂膜的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、基材放卷:将基材卷材安放到放卷机上并通过气胀轴放卷;
b、基材的电晕处理:对基材待涂布中间层的一面进行电晕处理,以使基材的表面达因值为36~54;
c、涂布中间层:通过涂布辊涂布方式将中间层涂布于基材的电晕处理表面上,然后经过烘干通道对其进行烘干;
d、复合热熔胶层:利用挤出机将热熔胶层挤出,同时通过臭氧发生器将产生的臭氧喷吹到挤出的热熔胶层材料的流延处,流延处的热熔胶层通过啮合辊挤压结合于中间层的表面,形成复合膜,再经过冷却辊进行冷却;
e、涂布增粘层:通过涂布辊涂布方式将增粘层涂布于热熔胶层的表面;
f、成品烘干及收卷:利用烘干通道将涂布完毕的预涂膜进行烘干,再利用收卷机对加工完成的预涂膜进行收卷。
