Abstract

Description
发明目的
本发明公开了一种新型的用于图形载体的层压体的具有消光修饰(matte finish)的膜,相对于该领域(sector)中常规应用的膜,其提供若干种有竞争力的优势。
这种产品应用在层压体市场中,在层压体市场中,通常地有图书封面、纸板盒、箱、袋、海报、不可渗透性的瓦楞纸板、礼品包装纸、目录、印刷零头布和印刷品的层压体。
背景技术
用于消光修饰的图形载体的层压体当前使用由共挤出方法制备的膜来制造,其中消光面是通过结合与衬底不相容的聚烯烃通过共挤出而成形的。共挤出是两种或更多种聚烯烃通过机头而形成多层结构的同时挤出。无论是处理吹塑膜、流延膜、层状体或型材,共挤出系统都需要分配共挤出的输出量,从而确保其厚度的均匀分配,以使得在不同的水平之间的界面中的变形最小以及预见界面不稳定性的问题。
共挤出使得拥有不同性质的聚合物的结合成为可能,从而确保更经济和更多功能的包装材料。然而,当前通过挤出制造并且在载体的层压体中使用的消光膜显示了某些不足,比如,相对低的耐擦伤性和图形载体颜色的色调变差或不正的某种趋势。
发明描述
本发明的膜物体(film object)由通过挤出制造的厚度在5至150μm之间并且优选在10至40μm之间的塑料膜的衬底或核构成。通过涂布向其添加具有乳白色外观的脂族聚氨酯基的液体分散体,取决于所需要的柔软感的程度,该液体分散体包含30%至100%的固体,并且优选包含70%至95%的固体。干燥时,所述涂布的厚度在0.2至5μm之间并且优选在1至3μm之间。
所述脂族聚氨酯分散体在其组成中结合了用于塑料层状体的特定底漆,优选结合了其目的在于改善塑料基底的粘结和/或用于层压体的膜的硬度的氨基甲酸酯脂族分散体。
而且,脂族聚氨酯分散体在其组成中结合了0至70%重量的聚合物链具有交联部分(crosslinker)的这种类型的硬化剂和/或用作粘结剂的其它塑料树脂,并且其用作聚氨酯树脂的基底和支撑,而且使得获得所需程度的柔软感和消光成为可能。
以这种方式获得的膜可以是干修饰(dry finish),在这种情况下,将自粘合层压树脂用于非消光面上,所述自粘合层压树脂可以是聚乙烯(PE)、乙基乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)、乙烯丙烯酸丁酯(EBA)、乙烯丙烯酸甲酯(EMA)和/或乙烯丙烯酸乙酯(EEA)。这些使得能够通过热的应用而与图形载体粘合。所述膜还可以制备为具有湿修饰(wet finish),在这样的情况下,在非消光面上没有施用任何自粘合树脂,而是将所述面的表面通过电晕或化学处理进行改性,并从而准备用于在层压工艺过程中的粘合剂和胶的施用。
这种图形载体的层压体用消光膜是通过如下这样制造的:挤出一种塑料膜衬底或核,向其添加一种具有乳白色外观的脂族聚氨酯基的液体分散体涂层。除了克服了传统膜的缺点之外,这种膜还提供了其它重要的特征和改进,因而使得它有独特性并且与当前市场上存在的其它消光膜有显著区别。这种膜尤其是所提及的它的消光面的主要优点和不同的特征如下:
-良好的抗擦伤作用。
-柔软感,即,非常令人愉快的桃子外皮触摸效果,并且消除了传统膜的“塑性”效果。
-取决于在混合物中供应的聚氨酯的百分比,可以获得小于5%的光泽度值,所述光泽度值在60°(ASTM D2457-90)测量。这种值的结果是它在实践上导致了它与通过挤出制造的传统消光膜相比完全没有反射,所述传统消光膜的光泽度范围在8%至12%之间。
-高的接触透明性。实践上,图形载体没有色调损失。传统的消光膜由于引起它所覆盖色彩的色调损失的消光剂的类型而产生发白色膜。

本发明的优选实施方案

Claims (7)
1.一种膜在印刷品的层压体中的用途,所述膜包含通过挤出制造的厚度在10至40μm之间的塑料膜的衬底(1),通过涂布向所述塑料膜的衬底(1)添加脂族聚氨酯的液基分散体(2),取决于所需要的柔软感的程度,所述液基分散体(2)包含30%至100%之间的固体,当干燥时,所述涂布的厚度在0.2至5μm之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膜的用途,其中当干燥时所述涂布的厚度在1至3μm之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膜的用途,其中取决于所需要的柔软感的程度,所述固体的含量在70%至95%之间。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的膜的用途,其中所述液基分散体还包含氨基甲酸酯脂族分散体作为专门用于塑料层状体的底漆。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的膜的用途,其中所述液基分散体还包含0至70%重量的聚合物链具有交联部分的这种类型的硬化剂和/或充当粘结剂的其它塑料树脂。
6.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的膜的用途,其中,基于聚乙烯(PE)、乙基乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)、乙烯丙烯酸丁酯(EBA)、乙烯丙烯酸甲酯(EMA)和/或乙烯丙烯酸乙酯(EEA)的自粘合树脂(3)被施用在所述膜的与所述涂布相反的面上,用于通过热应用借助于粘合而将其粘附于所述印刷品,以这样的方式获得干修饰。
