Abstract
【解決手段】銅酸化物と保護剤とを含有する溶媒に、還元剤を添加して銅微粒子を生成させる銅微粒子の製造方法において、保護剤が強化脱塩したゼラチンであることを特徴としている。
【選択図】なし
Description
カラム:Shodex Asahipak GS 620 7Gを2本直列に装着したものを用いた。
流速:1.0mL/min
カラム温度:50℃
測定波長:230nm
分子量既知のプルラン(P-82、昭和電工社製)で溶出時間を求めて検量線を作成した。その後、ゼラチンを分析し、検体の重量平均分子量を下式から求めた。
重量平均分子量=(ΣSi×Mi)/ΣSi
ここでSiは各ポイントでの吸光度、Miは溶出時間Tiでの分子量である。
[評価1]
分子量の異なるゼラチン(新田ゼラチン製)32gを950ccの純水に添加し、20℃にて撹拌放置した場合のゲル化の有無を目視調査した。
[評価2]
脱塩処理の有無に伴うゼラチンの不純物残渣について、原子吸光法、イオンクロマトグラフにて分析した。
<実施例1〜5>
(手法)
表3に示す分子量の異なる強化脱塩牛骨ゼラチン32g(新田ゼラチン製)を950ccの純水に十分に溶かした後、酸化第二銅(日進ケムコ製N-130)80gを添加し、アンモニア水(関東化学製01266-00)を用いて混合液のpHを11に調整した後、撹拌しながら1時間かけて80℃まで昇温した。
ゼラチン分子量とSEM観察像の粒子径分布より算出したメディアン径(d50)、90%径(d90)、標準偏差の関係を図1に示す。
<実施例6〜9>
(手法)
強化脱塩魚ゼラチン32g(新田ゼラチン製)を950ccの純水に十分に溶かした後、酸化第二銅(日進ケムコ製N-130)80gを添加し、表4に示す錯化剤を添加した後、撹拌しながら1時間かけて90℃まで昇温した。
酸化銅1molに対する2-アミノエタノールの添加量とSEM観察像の粒子径分布より算出したメディアン径(d50)、90%径(d90)、標準偏差の関係を図5に示す。
<実施例10>
実施例5で得られた銅微粒子を真空中にて600℃1時間の熱処理を実施した。熱処理後、TG-DTAを用いて、空気中で800℃まで加熱したときの重量変化を見ることで耐酸化特性を熱処理前後で比較した。
<実施例11>
(手法)
実施例2で得られた銅微粒子に、2-プロパノールで約50倍に希釈した高分子カチオン型分散剤(Croda Japan製)200ccを添加し十分に撹拌した後、乾燥、ブレードミル粉砕により分散剤被覆微粒子を作製した。
(結果)
図10に示すSEM断面写真より、基材上に塗布形成した約0.8μmの均一な導電性薄膜が確認できる。これは本製法で得られた銅微粒子が薄膜電極材料への適用が可能であることを示唆している。
<比較例1〜4>
(手法)
強化脱塩未実施の魚ゼラチン32g(新田ゼラチン製)を950ccの純水に十分に溶かした後、酸化第二銅(日進ケムコ製N-130)80gを添加し、表5に示す錯化剤を添加した後、撹拌しながら1時間かけて90℃まで昇温した。
酸化銅1molに対する2-アミノエタノールの添加量とSEM観察像の粒子径分布より算出したメディアン径(d50)、90%径(d90)、標準偏差の関係を図11に示す。
<比較例5>
(手法)
実施例2で用いた強化脱塩牛骨ゼラチン32g(新田ゼラチン製)と、水酸化カルシウム0.178gを950ccの純水に十分に溶かした後、酸化第二銅(日進ケムコ製N-130)80gを添加し、アンモニア水(関東化学製01266-00)を用いて混合液のpHを11に調整した後、撹拌しながら1時間かけて80℃まで昇温した。
(結果)
得られた粒子のSEM写真を図14に示す。カルシウムの意図的な添加により粒子の凝集粗大化が確認でき、不純物残渣が不均一な粗大粒子を発生させる要因であることがわかる。また、この結果は銅微粒子を合成する際に用いる水について、製造コストが許す範囲で不純物残渣の少ない超純水を適用することが望ましいことも示唆している。
[評価3]
実施例2、実施例5、実施例7、比較例2の製法で合成した銅微粒子の不純物残渣をICP−MSにより分析した。その結果、図19に示すように魚由来ゼラチンを用いると、ナトリウム成分が牛骨由来ゼラチンよりも大幅に少ないことが判明した。ナトリウムイオンは金属腐食発生の要因となり、電子部品に禁忌であることから、電子部品材料としての銅微粒子には魚由来ゼラチンを用いることが好ましいと言える。
<実施例12〜17>
(手法)
強化脱塩牛骨ゼラチン32g(新田ゼラチン製)を950ccの純水に十分に溶かした後、酸化第二銅(日進ケムコ製N-130)80gを添加し、アンモニア水(関東化学製01266-00)を用いて混合液のpHを11に調整した後、撹拌しながら1時間かけて80℃まで昇温した。
ヒドラジン添加速度とSEM観察像の粒子径分布より算出したメディアン径(d50)、90%径(d90)、標準偏差の関係を図15に示す。図15よりヒドラジン添加速度により粒子径が制御可能であると言える。図16〜図18に示す実施例13、14、17のSEM像の比較から粒子径の差異が明確に確認できる。SEM像と、各々の粒子径分布の標準偏差が概ね50nm以下であることからこの製法で得られた粒子は均一性が高いと言える。
Claims (7)
- 銅酸化物と保護剤とを含有する溶媒に、還元剤を添加して銅微粒子を生成させる銅微粒子の製造方法において、保護剤が強化脱塩したゼラチンであることを特徴とする銅微粒子の製造方法。
- 保護剤であるゼラチンの重量平均分子量が5000〜100000であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の銅微粒子の製造方法。
- 魚由来のゼラチンを用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の銅微粒子の製造方法。
- 銅酸化物1molに対して3mol以下の錯化剤を添加することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の銅微粒子の製造方法。
- 錯化剤は、2-アミノエタノールであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の銅微粒子の製造方法。
- 還元剤がヒドラジン水和物であり、銅酸化物1molに対してヒドラジン水和物の添加速度が0.02〜20mol/minであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の銅微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記生成した銅微粒子を不活性ガスもしくは還元性ガス雰囲気、または真空もしくは減圧下で熱処理することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の銅微粒子の製造方法。
