Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも2つの流動性成分を混合するための混合器であって、混合器は、出口開口部7を有する混合器ハウジング3と、混合器ハウジング3内に配置された混合部材4と、混合部材4の領域に導入されるときに通過することができる入口通路5、6とを有し、各々の入口通路5、6が、保管容器8又はチャンバ91、92の出口通路84、921と協動して密閉を実現するように設計されており、入口通路5のうちの少なくとも1つが、その端部において、保管容器8又はチャンバ91、92と入口通路5との間の流れ接続を開通させるための穿孔部材51として出口通路84と協動することを意図して設計されている。穿孔部材51が少なくとも2つの流入領域を有し、2つの流入領域が互いに傾斜している。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも2つの流動性成分を混合するための混合器であって、前記混合器は、前記成分のための出口開口部(7)を有する混合器ハウジング(3)と、前記成分を混合するために前記混合器ハウジング(3)内に配置された少なくとも1つの混合部材(4)と、前記成分が互いに分離されて前記混合部材(4)の領域に導入されるときに通過することができる少なくとも2つの分離された入口通路(5、6)とを有し、
各々の入口通路(5、6)が、保管容器(8)又はチャンバ(91、92)のそれぞれの1つの出口通路(84、921)と協動して密閉を実現するように設計されており、
更に前記入口通路(5)のうちの少なくとも1つが、その端部において、前記保管容器(8)又は前記チャンバ(91、92)と前記入口通路(5)との間の流れ接続を開通させるための穿孔部材(51)として前記出口通路(84)と協動することを意図して設計された混合器において、
前記穿孔部材(51)が前記成分のための少なくとも2つの流入領域(511、512、512’、513、514、515、516、54)を有し、前記2つの流入領域(511、512、512’、513、514、515、516、54)が互いに傾斜している、ことを特徴とする混合器。 - 入口通路(5)のすべての流入領域(511、512、512’、513、514、515、516、54)の合計が、この入口通路(5)の、その長手軸線(A)に対して垂直な断面積より大きい、請求項1に記載された混合器。
- 穿孔部材(51)を有する各入口通路(5)が、実質的に円筒管として設計されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載された混合器。
- 前記穿孔部材(51)が、少なくとも1つの先端部(521、522、523、521’、522’)を有する、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載された混合器。
- 前記2つの流入領域(511、512、54、515、516)が、共通の接続線(C)において互いに接触する、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載された混合器。
- 前記2つの流入領域(511、512’)が、棒(55)によって分離されている、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載された混合器。
- 前記棒(55)が、前記入口通路(5)の前記長手軸線(A)に対して垂直に延在する、請求項6に記載された混合器。
- 前記棒(55)が、少なくとも1つの先端部(523)を有する、請求項6又は請求項7のいずれか一項に記載された混合器。
- 回転可能な混合部材(4)を有する動的混合器として設計される、請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載された混合器。
- 厳密に1つの入口通路(5)が、穿孔部材(51)を有する、請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載された混合器。
- 各成分のためのそれぞれ1つのチャンバ(91、92)を受け入れるための保管容器(8)を有する、少なくとも2つの流動性成分を供給するための供給装置であって、前記保管容器(8)が、前記成分のうちの1つの成分のための少なくとも1つの出口通路(84)を有し、更には、前記成分を混合するための混合器(2)を有する供給装置において、前記混合器(2)が請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか一項に従って設計されることを特徴とする供給装置。
- 前記保管容器(8)が、各前記チャンバ(91、92)のそれぞれの1つの端部を受け入れるショルダ部分(83)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの出口通路(84)が前記ショルダ部分(83)に設けられ、前記ショルダ部分(83)の前記チャンバ(91、92)から遠い側においてスタブとして突出しており、前記穿孔部材(51)を備える前記混合器(2)の前記入口通路(5)が、前記ショルダ部分の前記少なくとも1つの出口通路(84)内に係合されており、前記混合器(2)の前記入口通路(5)が、各穿孔部材(51)が動作状態において前記チャンバ内へ貫通深さ(T)まで貫通できるように寸法決定されている、請求項11に記載された供給装置。
- 前記貫通深さ(T)が、前記入口通路の内部範囲(D)の最大で50%、好適には最大で33%である、請求項12に記載された供給装置。
- 少なくとも1つのチャンバ(91)が、その壁が前記穿孔部材(51)によって穿孔され得る管状バッグとして設計されている、請求項11から請求項13までのいずれか一項に記載された供給装置。
- 前記チャンバから前記成分を供給するために、少なくとも1つのピストン(85)又は少なくとも1つのプランジャ(85)を有する、請求項11から請求項14までのいずれか一項に記載された供給装置。
