Abstract
【解決手段】 外輪12の小径側端部に、小径側玉14に接触しないように、小径側軌道面12aの軸方向外側端よりも径方向内方に突出した内方突出部21が形成されている。これにより、小径側のピッチ円径を規定する小径側軌道面12aの軸方向外側端の径と外輪12を取り外す際の引っ掛かり部となる内方突出部21の径とについて、それぞれ別個に設定することができる。

Claims (4)
- 互いに径が相違する複列の軌道面を有する外輪と、前記外輪の前記複列の軌道面と対応する複列の軌道面を有する内輪と、前記外輪および前記内輪の前記複列の軌道面間に異なるピッチ円径をもって配置される複数の小径側玉および複数の大径側玉とを備えている複列玉軸受において、
前記外輪の小径側端部に、前記小径側玉に接触しないように、前記複列の軌道面の小径側軌道面の軸方向外側端よりも径方向内方に突出した内方突出部が形成されていることを特徴とする複列玉軸受。 - 前記外輪の小径側端面が研削面とされ、前記内方突出部の軸方向外側の面は、前記外輪の前記小径側端面よりも軸方向内方にあって旋削面とされていることを特徴とする請求項1の複列玉軸受。
- 複列玉軸受の外輪がハウジングに嵌め合わせられて、前記外輪の小径側端面がハウジングに設けられた外輪受け部で受け止められるとともに、前記複列玉軸受の内輪がピニオン軸に嵌め合わせられて、前記内輪の大径側端面が前記ピニオン軸に設けられた内輪受け部で受け止められているピニオン軸支持装置において、前記複列玉軸受が請求項1または2の複列玉軸受とされ、前記内方突出部が前記ハウジングの前記外輪受け部の内径よりも径方向内方に突出させられて、前記ハウジングから前記外輪を取り外す際の引っ掛かり部とされていることを特徴とするピニオン軸支持装置。
- 前記内輪の大径側端部に、前記複列の軌道面の大径側軌道面の軸方向外側端よりも径方向外方に突出した外方突出部が形成されており、該外方突出部は、前記大径側玉に接触しないように、前記内輪受け部の外径よりも径方向外方に突出させられて、前記ピニオン軸から前記内輪を取り外す際の引っ掛かり部とされていることを特徴とする請求項3のピニオン軸支持装置。
