Abstract
【解決手段】磁石11a、11bを有する振動子1の両端部にダイヤフラム2が固定されている。振動子1の磁石11a、11bと対向して交流駆動される電磁石が設けられている。ダイヤフラム2の外周と固着されたフレーム4により、電磁石側が被覆され、反対側がポンプケーシング5により被覆されている。ポンプケーシング5は、ダイヤフラム2と接する圧縮室51と、圧縮室51と吸入弁を介して連結される吸入室と、圧縮室51と吐出弁53aを介して接続される吐出室53とを有し、この吸入室または吐出室53が、フレーム4とが連通孔6を介して接続されている。

Claims (2)
- 磁石が固定された振動子と、該振動子の少なくとも一端部に設けられるダイヤフラムと、前記振動子の磁石と対向して設けられる交流駆動の電磁石と、前記ダイヤフラムの外周部と固着され前記電磁石側を被覆するフレームと、前記ダイヤフラムの前記電磁石と反対側の空間を被覆するポンプケーシングとを有し、
前記ポンプケーシングが、前記ダイヤフラムと接する圧縮室と、該圧縮室と吸入弁を介して連結される吸入室と、前記圧縮室と吐出弁を介して接続される吐出室とを有し、前記吸入室および/または前記吐出室が、前記ポンプケーシングおよび前記フレームの側壁に形成される連通孔を介して前記フレーム内と連通される構造の電磁振動型ダイヤフラムポンプ。 - 前記フレームの周壁が、前記吐出室から吐出する気体の圧力を保持できる機密性を有するシールが施されてなる請求項1記載の電磁振動型ダイヤフラムポンプ。
