Abstract
【解決手段】木材繊維又は木片に接着剤を添加し、加圧することによって製造された合板の木粉、及び、熱可塑性合成樹脂を主原料とし、これらの主原料に副原料を添加した材料を、160〜200℃の温度条件下で加熱溶融したのち、ペレット化して原料ペレットを生成し、原料ペレットから、合板の木粉に由来する含有水分、及び、含有接着剤成分を積極的に除去することなく、当該原料ペレットを押出成形機、又は、射出成形機に投入し、150〜200℃の温度条件下で加熱溶融し、型から押し出し、又は、型内に射出する。

Claims (4)
- 木材繊維又は木片に接着剤を添加し、加圧することによって製造された合板の木粉、及び、熱可塑性合成樹脂を主原料とする木質合成建材の製造方法であって、
主原料に副原料を添加した材料を、160〜200℃の温度条件下で加熱溶融したのち、ペレット化して原料ペレットを生成し、
原料ペレットから、合板の木粉に由来する含有水分、及び、含有接着剤成分を積極的に除去することなく、当該原料ペレットを押出成形機、又は、射出成形機に投入し、150〜200℃の温度条件下で加熱溶融して、型から押し出し、又は、型内に射出することにより、比重の変化と流れの変化を作り出し、成型物の表面及び内部に模様を形成させることを特徴とする、木質合成建材の製造方法。 - 主原料として、熱可塑性合成樹脂100重量部と、合板の木粉30〜100重量部とを配合し、副原料として、充填材5〜10重量部と、顔料2〜3重量部とを配合したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の木質合成建材の製造方法。
- 主原料となる熱可塑性合成樹脂として、ポリ塩化ビニルパウダー、ポリスチレンパウダー、ポリエチレンパウダー、又は、ポリプロピレンパウダーを使用したことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の木質合成建材の製造方法。
- 主原料となる熱可塑性合成樹脂として、ポリ塩化ビニルパウダー、ポリスチレンパウダー、ポリエチレンパウダー、及び、ポリプロピレンパウダーのうちから選ばれた一種類の材料に、或いは、二種類以上の材料を組み合わせたものに、アクリル樹脂を添加したものを使用したことを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の木質合成建材の製造方法。
