Abstract

【課題】楔クランプのジャンパ金具のアイボルト切断時における、ジャンパ金具に把持された電線の切断を保護する電線保護治具を提供する。
【解決手段】一対のＬ型電線保護治具本体１０と、締付ボルト２０と、蝶ナット２５とを有し、Ｌ型電線保護治具本体１０は、Ｌ型の短辺部に締付ボルト２０の貫通穴１７を有し、Ｌ型の長辺部に電線４０の切断を保護する電線保護部１５を有し、アイボルト３５切断時に、一対のＬ型電線保護治具本体１０が、締付ボルト２０と、蝶ナット２５とにより、楔クランプのジャンパ金具３０に取付けられる。

Description

本発明は、楔クランプのジャンパ金具に固着したアイボルトの切断に係り、より詳しくは、ジャンパ金具のアイボルト切断時における、ジャンパ金具に把持された電線の切断を保護する電線保護治具に関する。
図３は、従来の楔クランプのアイボルト切断図である。図３において、楔クランプのジャンパ金具３０は、アイボルト３５により電線４０を把持している。ところで、電線４０の張替え作業に伴う楔クランプの撤去時において、ジャンパ金具３０のアイボルト３５に取付けられたナット３７が、自然環境に曝されて固着し、外せない場合が生じる。
この場合、アイボルト３５は、金ノコ等により、図３に示す矢印方向からアイボルト切断線Ａに沿って切断される。ところが、アイボルト３５と電線４０とは非常に近接しているため、切断時に金ノコ等が電線４０に接触し、電線４０を損傷する場合が生じる。
本発明は、このような問題を解決するためになされたものであり、その目的は、楔クランプのジャンパ金具のアイボルト切断時における、ジャンパ金具に把持された電線の切断を保護する電線保護治具を提供する。
本発明の電線保護治具治具は、楔クランプのジャンパ金具のアイボルト切断時における、ジャンパ金具に把持された電線の切断を保護する電線保護治具であって、一対のＬ型の電線保護治具本体と、締付ボルトと、蝶ナットとを有し、Ｌ型の電線保護治具本体は、Ｌ型の短辺部に締付ボルトの貫通穴を有し、Ｌ型の長辺部に電線の切断を保護する電線保護部を有し、アイボルト切断時に、一対のＬ型の電線保護治具本体が、締付ボルトと、蝶ナットとにより、楔クランプのジャンパ金具に取付けられることを特徴とする。
本発明によれば、楔クランプのジャンパ金具のアイボルト切断時における、ジャンパ金具に把持された電線の切断を保護する電線保護治具を提供することができる。

本発明の実施の形態について、図を用いて説明する。図１は、本発明による電線保護治具の構成図である。図１ａ、ｂにおいて、電線保護治具１００は、一対のＬ型の電線保護治具本体１０と、締付ボルト２０と、蝶ナット２５とを有している。Ｌ型の電線保護治具本体１０は、Ｌ型の短辺部に締付ボルト２０が貫通する貫通穴１７をそれぞれ有している。また、Ｌ型の長辺部に電線４０の切断を保護する電線保護部１５をそれぞれ有している。
図２は、本発明による電線保護治具の取付け構成図である。図２ａ、ｂにおいて、アイボルト切断時に、一対のＬ型の電線保護治具本体１０が、締付ボルト２０と蝶ナット２５とにより、アイボルト３５を挟み込むように、楔クランプのジャンパ金具３０に取付けられる。この時、電線保護部１５が、アイボルト３５と電線４０との間に位置するように挿入され、締付ボルト２０がそれぞれの貫通穴１７を貫通し、蝶ナット２５により締め付けられて固定される。
その後、アイボルト３５は、図３に示されるように、金ノコ等により矢印方向からアイボルト切断線Ａに沿って切断される。この時、アイボルト３５と電線４０との間には電線保護部１５が介在しているため、切断時に金ノコ等が電線４０に接触し、電線４０を損傷するという障害を解消することができる。

Claims (1)

  1. 楔クランプのジャンパ金具のアイボルト切断時における、前記ジャンパ金具に把持された電線の切断を保護する電線保護治具であって、
    一対のＬ型電線保護治具本体と、締付ボルトと、蝶ナットとを有し、
    前記Ｌ型電線保護治具本体は、Ｌ型の短辺部に前記締付ボルトの貫通穴を有し、Ｌ型の長辺部に前記電線の切断を保護する電線保護部を有し、
    前記アイボルト切断時に、前記一対のＬ型電線保護治具本体が、前記締付ボルトと、前記蝶ナットとにより、前記楔クランプのジャンパ金具に取付けられることを特徴とする電線保護治具。
