Abstract
【解決手段】複数の環状鋼板61,62うちの少なくともステータ60の軸方向一端側を、第1折り返し部TP1からその径方向外側に突出した第2環状鋼板62とし、当該第2環状鋼板62によりオイル連通路12から供給されるオイルOを第1折り返し部TP1の周囲に沿わせて移動させている。これにより、従前のようにコイルエンド(折り返し部)の形状を複雑化させること無く、冷却構造を構築することができる。

Claims (2)
- 冷却液供給部から供給される冷却液により電動機を冷却する電動機の冷却構造であって、
前記電動機を、
複数の環状鋼板を積層して形成され、コイルが巻き付けられるステータと、
前記ステータから当該ステータの軸方向に向けて突出し、前記コイルを折り返して形成されるコイルエンドと、
前記ステータの径方向内側に回転自在に設けられ、前記コイルへの通電により回転するロータとから形成し、
前記複数の環状鋼板うちの少なくとも前記ステータの軸方向一端側の環状鋼板を、前記コイルエンドからその径方向外側に突出した大径環状鋼板とし、当該大径環状鋼板により前記冷却液供給部から供給される前記冷却液を前記コイルエンドの周囲に沿わせて移動させることを特徴とする電動機の冷却構造。 - 請求項1記載の電動機の冷却構造において、前記電動機を、前記ステータの軸方向一端側が上方側に位置し、前記ステータの軸方向他端側が下方側に位置するよう車両に搭載することを特徴とする電動機の冷却構造。
