Abstract
【解決手段】波山4と波谷5で構成された流体線1は、矢印3によって表された、所定の流れ通過方向に対する流れを最適化する、内部輪郭2を含む流体線と流体線1を形成するための方法において、各波山4は、前側面6と、後側面7を有し、前記前側面6は、縦方向の軸に関して、前記後側面7の傾斜角度より浅い傾斜角度を有して構成する。

Claims (20)
- 波山4と波谷5で構成された内部輪郭2を
有し、各波山4は前側面6と後側面7を有し、前記前側面6は縦方向の軸8に関して、前記後側面7の傾斜角度より浅い傾斜角度を有して構成される流体線1。 - 前記流体線1は波形パイプとして構成され、さらに前記内部輪郭2と平行に走るようにに構成された外部輪郭10を含む請求項1の流体線1。
- 前記前側面6の傾斜角度は50°から70°の範囲であり、前記後側面7の傾斜角度は80°から90°の範囲である請求項1の流体線1。
- 前記前側面6は凸状の手法で構成され、配置される請求項1の流体線1。
- 前記後側面7は平らな手法で構成される請求項1の流体線1。
- 前記波山4と前記波谷5の頂点9は台地形状で構成される請求項1の流体線1。
- 前記頂点9は前記波谷5より長い軸方向の拡張を有する請求項6の流体線1。
- 押し出しプラスチック管である請求項1の流体線1。
- 前記押し出しプラスチック管は押し出しポリアミド管である請求項8の流体線1。
- 台地形状の波山4と波谷5を有する内部輪郭2を持つ波形パイプ1を
含み、前記波山4は前側面6と後側面7を有し、流れの方向に関し、前記波形パイプ1の縦方向の軸8に関して異なった傾斜角度で向いている方向性流体線1。 - 前記前側面6の傾斜角度は、前記後側面7の傾斜角度より小さく、前記前側面6と前記後側面7の傾斜角度の違いは10°から40°の範囲である請求項10の方向性流体線1。
- 前記後側面7は一般に平らであり、前記前側面6は凸状の表面である請求項10の方向性流体線1。
- 前記凸状の表面は、縁または段なしに前記波山4の頂点に連続的に混合する請求項12の方向性流体線1。
- 前記凸状の表面の傾斜角度は前記凸状の表面の長さに沿う傾斜角度の平均を含む請求項12の方向性流体線1。
- 前記波山4の台地形状は縦方向で前記波谷5の台地形状より長い請求項10の方向性流体線1。
- 波形パイプの縦方向の軸8に傾斜角度で向いた前側面6と後側面7を有する波山4で構成された内部輪郭2を持つ波形パイプ1を形成することを
含み、前記前側面6は縦方向の軸に関して、前記後側面7の傾斜角度より小さい傾斜角度で構成される、流体線1を形成するための方法。 - 前記前側面6と前記後側面7の傾斜角度の違いは、10°から40°の範囲である請求項16の方法。
- 前記内部輪郭2はさらに波谷5で構成され、前記波山4と前記波谷5は、縦方向の軸8と一般に平行な表面を有する台地形状である請求項16の方法。
- 前記形成はプラスチック材料を押し出すことを含む請求項16の方法。
- 前記プラスチック材料はポリアミドを含む請求項19の方法。
