Abstract
【解決手段】樹脂組成物は、190℃におけるMFRが0.5〜60g/10minであるアルファ−オレフィン重合体(A)、軟化点が70〜150℃である粘着付与樹脂(B)、及び190℃におけるMFRが100〜1000g/10minである酸基含有オレフィン重合体(C)を含むものである。

Description
即ち、本発明に係る樹脂組成物は、190℃におけるMFRが0.5〜60g/10minであるアルファ−オレフィン重合体(A)、軟化点が70〜150℃である粘着付与樹脂(B)、及び190℃におけるMFRが100〜1000g/10minである酸基含有オレフィン重合体(C)、を含むものである。
前記粘着付与樹脂(B)の好ましい例として、完全水素添加された石油系樹脂、及びテルペン系樹脂の少なくともいずれかを挙げることができる。
上記態様の樹脂組成物における好ましい配合例として、前記アルファ−オレフィン重合体(A)50〜90重量部、前記粘着付与樹脂(B)5〜49重量部、前記酸基含有オレフィン重合体(C)1〜20重量部を合計が100重量部になるように配合してなる例を挙げることができる。
前記酸基含有オレフィン重合体(C)の好ましい例として、マレイン酸付加重合体、及び無水マレイン酸付加重合体の少なくともいずれかを挙げることができる。
本発明で用いられる媒体は、良好なイオン導電性を発現できる化合物であることが望ましい。例えば、ジオキサン、ジエチルエーテルなどのエーテル化合物、エチレングリコールジアルキルエーテル、プロピレングリコールジアルキルエーテル、ポリエチレングリコールジアルキルエーテル、ポリプロピレングリコールジアルキルエーテルなどの鎖状エーテル類、メタノール、エタノール、エチレングリコールモノアルキルエーテル、プロピレングリコールモノアルキルエーテル、ポリエチレングリコールモノアルキルエーテル、ポリプロピレングリコールモノアルキルエーテルなどのアルコール類、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、グリセリンなどの多価アルコール類、アセトニトリル、グルタロジニトリル、メトキシアセトニトリル、プロピオニトリル、ベンゾニトリルなどのニトリル化合物、エチレンカーボネート、プロピレンカーボネートなどのカーボネート化合物、3−メチル−2−オキサゾリジノンなどの複素環化合物、ジメチルスルホキシド、スルホランなど非プロトン極性物質、水などを用いることができる。
できる。
本発明の軟化点とは、JIS K 6863−1994による環球法による軟化点試験方法により実施した。
≪実施例≫
なお、例中、「部」とあるのは「重量部」を、「%」とあるのは「重量%」をそれぞれ表すものとする。
表1に示した割合で、攪拌機を備えたニーダーにアルファ−オレフィン共重合体(A)、粘着付与樹脂(B)、酸基含有オレフィン重合体(C)を加え、170℃で3時間攪拌し、樹脂組成物を得た。

[接着性]
インジウム・錫酸化物(ITO)を蒸着したPETフィルムを用いて、インジウム・錫酸化物蒸着面に上記の方法で作製したフィルム厚100μmのシート状成型物を乗せ、170℃に調整したヒートシーラーにて荷重3kgf、3秒で熱圧着した。サンプルの接着性測定前の保管条件を2通りで行った。「電解液無し」では、23℃、相対湿度50%雰囲気下に24時間静置後に強度測定を行った。「電解液有り」では、作製したサンプルを23℃アセトニトリルに浸し、24時間静置後に強度測定を行った。引張試験機にて、速度200mm/分で、シート状成型物を180度方向に引っ張りPETフィルムから剥離させた時の強度を測定した。
〔判定基準〕
◎:5N/15mm幅以上
○:2N/15mm幅以上〜5N/15mm幅未満
△:1N/15mm幅以上〜2N/15mm幅未満
×:1N/15mm幅未満
上記の方法で作製したフィルム厚100μmのシート状成型物を4×5cmで周辺5mm枠に切り出し、インジウム・錫酸化物(ITO)を蒸着したPETフィルムの蒸着面で挟み、170℃に調整したヒートシーラーにて荷重3kgf、3秒で左右辺、下辺を熱圧着し、袋状試料を作製した。試料内にアセトニトリルをシリンジにより注入後、上辺を170℃に調整したヒートシーラーにて荷重3kgf、3秒で熱圧着し、密閉した。得られた試料を60℃オーブン中に1週間静置し、重量変化とアセトニトリル溶液変化を観察した。〔判定基準〕

○:オーブン静置前と比べて、0.01g未満の重量減少
△:オーブン静置前と比べて、0.01g以上0.02g未満の重量減少
×:オーブン静置前と比べて、0.02g以上の重量減少
アセトニトリル溶液の変化
◎:溶液の色相が全く変化なし
○:溶液の色相が僅かに変化あり
△:溶液の色相が変化あり
×:溶液中に懸濁物があり
(実施例12〜22)、(比較例6〜10)
[電極シートの作製]
ITO膜付PENフィルム(表面抵抗10Ω/□)に東洋インキ社製の銀ペーストLEXALPHA016をスクリーン印刷し、150℃で加熱乾燥することで金属製集電線を成膜した。続いて熱硬化性樹脂を上記基体の金属製集電線の上にスクリーン印刷し、150℃で加熱硬化させて保護膜を形成した。さらに同基体上に酸化チタンペーストをスクリーン印刷し、加熱乾燥させて半導体多孔質層を成膜した。電極等を成膜したITO膜付PENフィルムの周囲に実施例1〜11及び比較例1〜5に記載のシート状の封止材をヒートシーラーにて熱圧着し、電極シートを得た。
増感色素(Ru色素;ソーラロニクス社製N719色素)をアセトニトリルとt−ブタノールの混合溶媒に溶解し、メンブランフィルターで不溶分を除去して色素溶液を作製し、この色素溶液に上記実施例12〜22の電極シートを浸して40℃で2時間放置した。着色した酸化チタン電極表面、及び電極シートをアセトニトリルで洗浄した後乾燥させることで増感色素が吸着した電極シートを得た。
下記処方で電解質層となる電解液を調製した。
溶剤:メトキシアセトニトリル
LiI:0.1M
I2:0.05M
4‐t‐ブチルピリジン:0.5M
1‐プロピル‐2,3‐ジメチルイミダゾリウムヨージド:0.6M
ITO膜付PENフィルムに白金をスパッタ成膜し、電極シートの作製の場合と同様の手順で金属製集電線と保護膜を成膜して、対向電極基体である対極シートを作製した。
[色素増感型太陽電池セルの作製]
上記増感色素を吸着した電極シートと上記対極シートを張り合わせ、電解液を注入するための一部を除いて周囲をヒートシーラーにて熱圧着した。次に電解液をシート間に充填し、気泡を除いた後に電解液注入部分をヒートシーラーにて熱圧着し、色素増感型太陽電池セルを作製した。
作製した色素増感型太陽電池セルを60℃の恒温器中で保管し、電解液の漏洩の有無を確認することで封止性能を評価した。実施例1〜11の封止材を用いて作製した色素増感型太陽電池セルは1ヶ月経過後も電解液の漏洩が無かったのに対し、比較例1〜5の封止材を用いて作製した色素増感型太陽電池セルは3日以内に漏洩が発生し、電池機能が大幅に損なわれた。

Claims (7)
- 190℃におけるMFRが0.5〜60g/10minであるアルファ−オレフィン重合体(A)、
軟化点が70〜150℃である粘着付与樹脂(B)、及び
190℃におけるMFRが100〜1000g/10minである酸基含有オレフィン重合体(C)、を含む樹脂組成物。 - 前記粘着付与樹脂(B)が、完全水素添加された石油系樹脂、及びテルペン系樹脂の少なくともいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記アルファ−オレフィン重合体(A)50〜90重量部、前記粘着付与樹脂(B)5〜49重量部、前記酸基含有オレフィン重合体(C)1〜20重量部を合計が100重量部になるように配合してなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記酸基含有オレフィン重合体(C)が、マレイン酸付加重合体、及び無水マレイン酸付加重合体の少なくともいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物から形成された色素増感型太陽電池用封止材。
- 基体と、
前記基体上に形成された導電層と、
前記基体の周縁部に形成された色素増感型太陽電池用封止材と、を備え、
前記色素増感型太陽電池用封止材は、
190℃におけるMFRが0.5〜60g/10minであるアルファ−オレフィン重合体(A)、
軟化点が70〜150℃である粘着付与樹脂(B)、及び
190℃におけるMFRが100〜1000g/10minである酸基含有オレフィン重合体(C)を含む樹脂組成物を熱圧着したものである電極基体。 - 電極基体と、
前記電極基体と所定の間隙を持って対向配置される対向電極基体と、
前記電極基体と前記対向電極基体の対向面側で、これらの周縁部に形成された色素増感型太陽電池用封止材と、
前記電極基体、前記対向電極基体、及び前記色素増感型太陽電池用封止材によって囲まれる空間に封入された電解質層と、を具備し、
前記色素増感型太陽電池用封止材が、
190℃におけるMFRが0.5〜60g/10minであるアルファ−オレフィン重合体(A)、
