Abstract

Claims (10)
- 第1の(3)および第2の(4)流体ポートを少なくとも備えるバルブハウジング(2)を含むバルブ(1)内のデバイスにして、クロージャ要素(5)が、バルブハウジング(2)内に配置され、密封部分(15)を有し、かつ膜(30)を備え、密封部分(15)が、バルブハウジングの少なくとも1つの流体ポートの開位置と閉位置との間で前記膜(30)によって、クロージャ要素(5)の軸に沿って可動であり、クロージャ要素(5)がバルブハウジング(2)とともに、密封部分(15)が前記閉位置を離れるとき前記流体ポートと連通するバルブハウジング(2)内の流通路(11)を形成し、前記軸から離隔した包囲部分であるクロージャ要素の第2の密封部分(14)が、バルブハウジング(2)の支持部分(25)と接触して配置され、当接手段(16)が、前記第2の密封部分(14)が支持部分(25)と当接手段(16)との間に配置されるように、前記第2の密封部分(14)の周縁に沿って接触して配置され、当接手段(16)が、密封を提供するために、前記第2の密封部分(14)を介して支持部分(25)に向かって力を伝達するように配置される、デバイスであって、前記当接手段(16)がばね手段であることを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記ばね手段が、ねじりばね、および曲げ作用を有する弾力性のばねの群から選択される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 圧力ばね(35)が、前記軸と平行な圧縮力を提供するように配置される、請求項1および2のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。

- クロージャ要素(5)の前記第2の密封部分(15)が、密封領域(29)を有し、かつバルブハウジング(2)が、相互密封のための相補的な着座部分(31)を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- クロージャ要素(5)の密封部分(15)が、アクチュエータ(6)によって動作可能に接続され、デバイスが、結合デバイス(7)を有し、結合デバイス(7)が、バルブハウジング(2)に対して配置されるように構成されたロッキング手段(8)、およびアクチュエータ(6)を動作させるために結合デバイス(7)と接続されるように構成された作動デバイス(10)を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- アクチュエータ(6)が、細長く、かつ、その長手方向軸がクロージャ要素(5)の前記軸と一致するように配置され、かつ結合デバイス(7)内のくぼみ(19)を通ってアクチュエータくぼみ(18)内にさらに配置される、請求項6および7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 当接手段(16)が、ねじブシュ(20)を用いて結合デバイス(7)内に調節可能に配置されている、請求項7および8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- ねじブシュ(20)が、雄ねじを付けられ、かつ結合デバイス(7)内のくぼみ(19)と接続される、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
