Abstract
【解決手段】パネル10の一端側の接合端部の金属板11に、面方向に延長し断熱材12から突出する突出部21を形成して、底部12aが断熱材12の端面で構成される溝状の凹部20を形成し、さらに突出部21の内側にR部22を形成する。一方、パネル10の他端側の接合端部に、断熱材12の両面に金属板11が配設された凸部30を形成し、さらに凸部30の金属板11の外側に山部32を形成する。凹部20に凸部30を嵌合させてR部22に山部32を係合させるとともに、山部32の頂点部分を凹部20の突出部21の内面に弾性的に当接させてシール構造を得る。

図1は、垂直に立てた複数の長方形状のパネル10を一実施形態の接合構造で上記縦張りの形態により接合して外壁を構成した状態を示している。
Claims (3)
- パネル状の芯材の両面に表面材を配設してなるパネルの、一端側の接合端部と他端側の接合端部とを接合するパネルの接合構造であって、
前記一端側の接合端部の前記表面材に、面方向に延長し前記芯材から突出する突出部を形成して、該接合端部に、底部が芯材の端面で構成される溝状の凹部を形成し、さらに表面材の突出部の内側に接合端部の全長にわたる係合部を形成し、
前記他端側の接合端部に、前記芯材の両面に前記表面材が配設されてなり前記凹部に嵌合可能な凸部を形成し、さらに該凸部の表面材の外側に、前記係合部に着脱可能に係合する接合端部の全長にわたる被係合部を形成し、
前記凹部に前記凸部を嵌合させて前記係合部に前記被係合部を係合させるとともに、少なくとも係合部と被係合部のいずれか一方を、相手側の表面材に弾性的に当接させることを特徴とするパネルの接合構造。 - 前記係合部と前記被係合部との間に、接合端部の長手方向に延びる空間が区画されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネルの接合構造。
- 前記パネルは長方形状であって、長手方向が上下方向に沿った縦張りの状態で接合されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパネルの接合構造。
