Abstract
【解決手段】空気入りタイヤ1は、円筒形状の環状構造体10と、環状構造体10の外側10soに、環状構造体10の周方向に向かって設けられてトレッド部となるゴム層11と、ゴムで被覆された繊維を有し、環状構造体10とゴム層11とを含む円筒形状の構造体2の中心軸(Y軸)と平行な方向における両側に設けられるカーカス部12と、を含み、構造体2の子午断面において、ゴム層11の外側11soと、環状構造体10の外側10soとが同様の形状である。

Claims (13)
- 円筒形状かつ金属の構造体であり、引張強度が450N/m2以上2500N/m2以下の環状構造体と、
前記環状構造体の外側に、前記環状構造体の周方向に向かって設けられてトレッド部となるゴム層と、
ゴムで被覆された繊維を有し、前記環状構造体と前記ゴム層とを含む円筒形状の構造体の中心軸と平行な方向における両側に少なくとも設けられるカーカス部と、
を含むことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記構造体の子午断面において、前記ゴム層の外側と、前記環状構造体の外側とは同様の形状である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記環状構造体は、帯状の鋼板の端部同士を突き合わせて溶接したものである請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記環状構造体は、溶接部を除く領域での厚みが0.1mm以上0.8mm以下であり、前記溶接部は、当該溶接部の周辺よりも厚みが大きい部分の厚みが、前記周辺の厚みの1.3倍以下である請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記環状構造体は、平面視が略長方形形状、かつ短手方向における両端部の長手方向における両端部側に、短手方向と平行な方向の外側に突出する凸部を持つ板材を、当該板材の長手方向における両側の端部を溶接によって接合した後で、前記凸部を除去して得られる請求項3又は4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記環状構造体は、金属である請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記環状構造体は、ステンレス鋼である請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ゴム層の外側と、前記環状構造体の外側とは、前記ゴム層の溝の部分を除き前記中心軸と平行である請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記環状構造体は、前記カーカス部よりも前記構造体の径方向外側に配置される請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記中心軸と平行な方向における前記環状構造体の寸法は、前記中心軸と平行な方向における前記空気入りタイヤの総幅の50%以上95%以下である請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記環状構造体の外側と、前記ゴム層の外側との距離は、3mm以上20mm以下である請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 円筒形状かつ金属の環状構造体の外側に設けられてトレッド部となるゴム層を有する空気入りタイヤを製造するにあたり、
平面視が略長方形形状、かつ短手方向における両端部の長手方向における両端部側に、短手方向と平行な方向の外側に突出する凸部を持つ板材を得る手順と、
前記板材の長手方向における両端部を溶接によって接合する手順と、
前記凸部を除去して前記環状構造体を得る手順と、
を含むことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。 - 前記板材を溶接によって接合した後に、接合された円筒形状の板材に対する熱処理と、前記接合された円筒形状の板材を軸方向に引張る処理とのうち少なくとも一方を行う請求項12に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
