Description

この発明は、キャニスタを車体に取り付けるための取付部をキャニスタ本体の外周部にすくなくとも２箇所以上設け、前記取付部に車両上下方向へ延びる一対のガイド部とこれらガイド部の間を連結する連結部とを備え、前記各ガイド部を鉛直方向下側に向かうにつれてお互いの間隔が狭くなるように鉛直方向に対して傾斜させるとともに前記取付部を鉛直方向から見た場合、前記各ガイド部をキャニスタ本体ヘの接合部からお互いの間隔が広がる方向へ延ばし、前記取付部のうち少なくとも１箇所に配管を固定するクランプ部を備える配管固定用クランプを取り付け、前記クランプ部にキャニスタ用の配管を固定したキャニスタ配管の固定構造において、前記配管固定用クランプは前記ガイド部に跨るベース部とこのベース部の裏面側から前記ベース部と直交する方向へ延びるとともに前記ガイド部の外側面を挟む一対の側壁部を備え、前記ベース部の表面側にこのベース部に設けられる配管保持部とともに配管を挟みつけて固定するクランプ部を設けるとともに、前記クランプ部の裏面と対向するよう前記ベース部に開口部を形成し、前記配管固定用クランプ全体を樹脂材料により一体形成したことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)

  1. キャニスタを車体に取り付けるための取付部をキャニスタ本体の外周部にすくなくとも２箇所以上設け、
    前記取付部に車両上下方向へ延びる一対のガイド部とこれらガイド部の間を連結する連結部とを備え、
    前記各ガイド部を鉛直方向下側に向かうにつれてお互いの間隔が狭くなるように鉛直方向に対して傾斜させるとともに前記取付部を鉛直方向から見た場合、前記各ガイド部をキャニスタ本体ヘの接合部からお互いの間隔が広がる方向へ延ばし、
    前記取付部のうち少なくとも１箇所に配管を固定するクランプ部を備える配管固定用クランプを取り付け、
    前記クランプ部にキャニスタ用の配管を固定したキャニスタ配管の固定構造において、
    前記配管固定用クランプは前記ガイド部に跨るベース部とこのベース部の裏面側から前記ベース部と直交する方向へ延びるとともに前記ガイド部の外側面を挟む一対の側壁部を備え、
    前記ベース部の表面側にこのベース部に設けられる配管保持部とともに配管を挟みつけて固定するクランプ部を設けるとともに、前記クランプ部の裏面と対向するよう前記ベース部に開口部を形成し、
    前記配管固定用クランプ全体を樹脂材料により一体形成したことを特徴とするキャニスタ配管の固定構造。
  2. 前記配管固定用クランプは前記ベース部の表面側に格子状のリブを配置し、
    前記各開口部を格子状のリブで囲まれた平面状のベース部に開口したことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のキャニスタ配管の固定構造。
