Abstract
【解決手段】蓄積器38からの気体水素(GH2)で順次加圧される複数の液体水素(LH2)タンク20a、20b、20cを用いて、気体水素を提供する熱力学的ポンプ12を構成する。順次加圧される複数のタンクそれぞれからLH2を受け取る熱交換器32は、エンジンに供給するために、加圧されたGH2を蓄積器へ返す。

Description
(1)気体水素を提供する熱力学的ポンプシステムであって、加圧された気体水素を貯蔵する蓄積器と、蓄積器の出口と流体的に連通し、順次加圧するように制御される複数の液体水素(LH2)タンクと、蓄積器と流体的に連通し、LH2を順次受け取るように複数のタンクと制御された形で流体的に連通する熱交換器とを備える熱力学的ポンプシステム。
(2)複数のタンクを熱交換器に相互に接続し、熱交換器にLH2を順次供給するための複数の供給バルブを有する供給マニホルドをさらに備える熱力学的ポンプ。
(3)蓄積器を複数のタンクに相互に接続し、LH2の順次供給と同時にタンクを順次加圧するための複数の加圧バルブを有する加圧マニホルドをさらに備える熱力学的ポンプ。
(4)複数のタンクをデュワー瓶に相互に接続し、タンクをLH2で順次充填するための複数の充填バルブを有する充填マニホルドをさらに備える熱力学的ポンプ。
(5)複数のタンクをデュワー瓶に相互に接続し、LH2の順次充填と同時にタンクからのGH2を順次減圧するための複数の減圧バルブを有するブローダウンマニホルドをさらに備える、項目(4)に記載の熱力学的ポンプ。
(6)デュワー瓶とタンクの中間に位置する蓄積凝縮器であって、充填マニホルドにLH2を提供し、ブローダウンマニホルドからGH2を受け取る蓄積凝縮器をさらに備える熱力学的ポンプ。
(7)液体水素(LH2)のためのデュワー瓶と、デュワー瓶からLH2を受け取る複数のタンクおよびGH2を提供する熱交換器を有する熱力学的ポンプであって、前記複数のタンクが熱交換器へLH2を順次提供し、枯渇するとデュワー瓶から再充填を行う熱力学的ポンプと、GH2を供給する蓄積器であって、熱交換器からGH2を受け取り、加圧したGH2を複数のタンクへ提供する蓄積器とを備える気体水素(GH2)供給システム。
(8)複数のタンクを熱交換器に相互に接続し、熱交換器にLH2を順次供給するための複数の供給バルブを有する供給マニホルドをさらに備えるGH2供給システム。
(9)蓄積器を複数のタンクに相互に接続し、LH2の順次供給と同時にタンクを順次加圧するための複数の加圧バルブを有する加圧マニホルドをさらに備える、項目(8)に記載の熱力学的ポンプ。
(10)複数のタンクをデュワー瓶に相互に接続し、タンクをLH2で順次充填するための複数の充填バルブを有する充填マニホルドをさらに備える熱力学的ポンプ。
(11)複数のタンクをデュワー瓶に相互に接続し、LH2の順次充填と同時にタンクからのGH2を順次減圧するための複数の減圧バルブを有するブローダウンマニホルドをさらに備える熱力学的ポンプ。
(12)デュワー瓶とタンクの中間に位置する蓄積凝縮器であって、充填マニホルドにLH2を提供し、ブローダウンマニホルドからGH2を受け取る蓄積凝縮器をさらに備える熱力学的ポンプ。
(13)エンジンに水素を供給する方法であって、水素ガスを収容する蓄積器に、昇圧ポンプを通じて複数の液体水素タンクの1つを交互に接続し、水素ガスの定常流をエンジンに提供することを含む方法。
(14)タンクと蓄積器の中間に位置する熱交換器で水素の温度を上昇させることと、エンジンから熱交換器へ高温作動気体を供給することとをさらに含む方法。
(15)タンクに接続された複数の加圧バルブを有する加圧マニホルドで、タンクを蓄積器に相互に接続することと、タンクからの水素の順次流れを制御するように加圧バルブを動作させることとをさらに含む方法。
(16)熱交換器と液体水素タンクそれぞれの中間に位置する複数の供給バルブを順次動作させることをさらに含む方法。
(17)システムがある流量で連続して動作する、項目13に記載の方法。
(18)熱力学的ポンプを使用して気体水素(GH2)をエンジンへ連続して供給する方法であって、複数のタンクおよび供給デュワー瓶を液体水素(LH2)で充填することと、加圧のために高圧のGH2で加圧マニホルドを通じて、複数のタンクのうちの第1のタンクを蓄積器に接続し、また供給マニホルドを通じて前記第1のタンクを熱交換器に接続することと、エンジンから熱交換器へ高温作動流体を供給し、また熱交換器から蓄積器へGH2を供給することと、蓄積器からエンジンへGH2を提供することと、タンクのうちの前記第1のタンクの枯渇時に、供給マニホルドおよび加圧マニホルドから第1のタンクを切断することと、複数のタンクのうちの第2のタンクを加圧マニホルドおよび供給マニホルドに接続することと、前記第1のタンクを、ブローダウンマニホルドを通じて、そして第2の熱交換器を通じてデュワー瓶に接続し、また前記第1のタンクを、充填マニホルドを通じて、そして第2の熱交換器を通じてデュワー瓶に接続し、前記第1のタンクを再充填することと、タンクのうちの前記第2のタンクの枯渇時に、供給マニホルドおよび加圧マニホルドから第2のタンクを切断することと、複数のタンクのうちの次のタンクを加圧マニホルドおよび供給マニホルドに接続することと、複数のタンクのうちの前記第2のタンクを、ブローダウンマニホルドを通じて、そして第2の熱交換器を通じてデュワー瓶に接続し、また複数のタンクのうちの前記次のタンクを、充填マニホルドを通じて、そして第2の熱交換器を通じてデュワー瓶に接続し、前記第1のタンクを再充填することと、GH2を連続してエンジンへ流すように、複数のタンクを順次接続および切断することとを含む方法。
(19)供給マニホルドと熱交換器の中間に第1の昇圧ポンプを接続するステップをさらに含む方法。
(20)デュワー瓶と第2の熱交換器の中間に第2の昇圧ポンプを接続するステップをさらに含む方法。

Claims (11)
- 気体水素を提供する熱力学的ポンプシステムであって、
加圧された気体水素を貯蔵する蓄積器と、
前記蓄積器の出口と流体的に連通し、順次加圧するように制御される複数の液体水素(LH2)タンクと、
前記蓄積器と流体的に連通し、LH2を順次受け取るように前記複数のタンクと制御された形で流体的に連通する熱交換器と
を備える熱力学的ポンプシステム。 - 前記複数のタンクを前記熱交換器に相互に接続し、前記熱交換器にLH2を順次供給するための複数の供給バルブを有する供給マニホルドをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の熱力学的ポンプ。
- 前記蓄積器を前記複数のタンクに相互に接続し、LH2の前記順次供給と同時に前記タンクを順次加圧するための複数の加圧バルブを有する加圧マニホルドをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の熱力学的ポンプ。
- 前記複数のタンクをデュワー瓶に相互に接続し、前記タンクをLH2で順次充填するための複数の充填バルブを有する充填マニホルドをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の熱力学的ポンプ。
- 液体水素(LH2)のためのデュワー瓶と、
前記デュワー瓶からLH2を受け取る複数のタンクおよびGH2を提供する熱交換器を有する熱力学的ポンプであって、前記複数のタンクが前記熱交換器へLH2を順次提供し、枯渇すると前記デュワー瓶から再充填を行う熱力学的ポンプと、
GH2を供給する蓄積器であって、前記熱交換器からGH2を受け取り、加圧したGH2を前記複数のタンクへ提供する蓄積器と
を備える気体水素(GH2)供給システム。 - 前記複数のタンクを前記熱交換器に相互に接続し、前記熱交換器にLH2を順次供給するための複数の供給バルブを有する供給マニホルドをさらに備える、請求項5に記載のGH2供給システム。
- 前記複数のタンクを前記デュワー瓶に相互に接続し、前記タンクをLH2で順次充填するための複数の充填バルブを有する充填マニホルドをさらに備える請求項5に記載の熱力学的ポンプ。
- エンジンに水素を供給する方法であって、
水素ガスを収容する蓄積器に、昇圧ポンプを通じて複数の液体水素タンクの1つを交互に接続し、水素ガスの定常流をエンジンに提供することを含む方法。 - 前記タンクと蓄積器の中間に位置する熱交換器で前記水素の温度を上昇させることと、
前記エンジンから前記熱交換器へ高温作動気体を供給することと
をさらに含む請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記タンクに接続された複数の加圧バルブを有する加圧マニホルドで、前記タンクを前記蓄積器に相互に接続することと、
前記タンクからの水素の順次流れを制御するように前記加圧バルブを動作させることと
をさらに含む請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記熱交換器と前記液体水素タンクそれぞれの中間に位置する複数の供給バルブを順次動作させること
をさらに含む請求項8に記載の方法。
