Abstract
【解決手段】電力変換機器の指令装置が計画サーバにおいて計算された、分離系統の周波数が急峻な変化を生じないような、時刻と出力上限値で構成される復帰パターン情報を受信し、電力変換装置の出力上限値を指令する。

ここでは、画面への出力例を示したが、書類等に印刷可能なフォーマットのデータとしてユーザに提供してもよい。また、図7は、通常時の復帰パターン情報の表示の一例であり、図8は異常時復帰パターン情報の一例である。

Claims (10)
- 再生可能エネルギーに基づく発電電力を電力変換して電力系統に供給する電力変換装置において、前記電力系統の変動情報に基づいて出力を低下させる出力抑制制御部と、前記出力低下後に所定の復帰パターンで出力を増加させる復帰制御部を有し、前記復帰パターンは、外部からの指示情報により可変となるように構成されることを特徴とする電力変換装置。
- 請求項1において、前記指示情報として前記復帰パターンを受信する受信部を有し、前記復帰制御部は、前記受信した復帰パターンにしたがって前記出力を増加させることを特徴とする電力変換装置。
- 請求項2において、周波数変動シミュレーションによる周波数時系列波形の推定に基づいて前記復帰パターンが求められるものであることを特徴とする電力変換装置。
- 請求項2乃至3のいずれかにおいて、前記指示情報が得られない場合に、前記復帰制御部は、予め定められた復帰パターンによって出力を増加させることを特徴とする電力変換機器。
- 請求項4において、復帰パターン情報を蓄積するデータベースを有し、前記予め定められた復帰パターンは前記データベースの情報に基づいて形成されることを特徴とする電力変換機器。
- 再生可能エネルギーに基づく発電電力を電力変換して電力系統に供給する電力変換装置を制御する電力変換装置の制御装置において、前記電力系統の変動情報に伴う前記電力変換装置の出力低下の後に、所定の復帰パターンで前記電力変換装置の出力を増加させるように復帰パターン情報を作成する復帰パターン生成部と、前記復帰パターン情報を送信する送信部を有することを特徴とする電力変換装置の制御装置。
- 請求項6において、系統故障により分離系統が発生した際の分離系統内の周波数変動シミュレーションによって周波数時系列波形を推定し、前記推定に基づいて前記復帰パターン情報を送信することを特徴とする電力変換機器の制御装置。
- 請求項7において、前記復帰パターン情報の算出において、前記周波数時系列波形の変曲点を複数求め、前記変曲点のうち最初の2点の時刻を算出して、
1点目の時刻の電力変換装置出力条件を0とし、2点目の時刻の電力変換装置出力条件を最大出力とするように、前記2点間の時刻における出力を単調増加させる復帰パターン情報を算出することを特徴とする電力変換機器の制御装置。 - 電力系統の変動情報に基づいて再生可能エネルギーに基づく発電電力を電力変換装置により電力変換した出力を低下させ、外部からの指示情報を受け、前記出力低下後に、前記指示情報に基づいて可変となる復帰パターンで前記電力変換装置の出力を増加させて、前記電力変換装置で変換した電力を電力系統に供給する電力変換装置の制御方法。
- 再生可能エネルギーに基づく発電電力を変換して電力系統に供給する電力変換装置を制御する電力変換装置の制御方法において、前記電力系統の変動情報に伴う前記電力変換装置の出力低下の後に、所定の復帰パターンで前記電力変換装置の前記出力を増加させるように復帰パターン情報を作成し、前記復帰パターンを前記電力変換装置に送信する電力変換装置の制御方法。
