Claims (2)
- 現在の系統情報を収集して解析用系統モデルを作成し、複数の想定事故について過渡安定度演算を実施し、電力系統の同期安定性維持に必要な電制対象を選択して制御テーブルに設定し、当該制御テーブルを中央制御装置へ送信することを繰り返し行う中央演算装置と、
系統事故発生時に事故種別を判定して当該事故種別の情報を前記中央制御装置へ送信する事故検出端末装置と、
前記事故検出端末装置から受信した前記事故種別の情報と前記中央演算装置から受信した前記制御テーブルとを照合して前記電制対象を決定し、電制指令を送信する前記中央制御装置と、
前記中央制御装置から受信した前記電制指令に従って、前記電制対象に決定された電源を前記電力系統から解列させる制御端末装置と、を備える電力系統安定化システムであって、
前記制御端末装置が設置される電源は、火力発電を含む同期機の発電所と、太陽光発電と風力発電とのうち少なくとも一方を含む非同期機の再エネ電源サイトと、を含み、
前記中央演算装置は、前記電制対象を選択する際、電制実施後の前記電力系統において電源脱落事故が発生した場合でも電源の連鎖脱落が発生しないことを現在の系統情報に基づいた過渡安定度演算を実施して確認し、電源の連鎖脱落が発生する場合には前記電制対象に選択された同期機を削減し、代わりに非同期機を前記電制対象に選択することを特徴とした電力系統安定化システム。 - 現在の系統情報を収集して解析用系統モデルを作成し、複数の想定事故について過渡安定度演算を実施し、電力系統の同期安定性維持に必要な電制対象を選択して制御テーブルに設定し、当該制御テーブルを中央制御装置へ送信することを繰り返し行う中央演算装置と、
系統事故発生時に事故種別を判定して当該事故種別の情報を前記中央制御装置へ送信する事故検出端末装置と、
前記事故検出端末装置から受信した前記事故種別の情報と前記中央演算装置から受信した前記制御テーブルとを照合して前記電制対象を決定し、電制指令を送信する前記中央制御装置と、
前記中央制御装置から受信した前記電制指令に従って、前記電制対象に決定された電源を前記電力系統から解列させる制御端末装置と、を備える電力系統安定化システムであって、
前記制御端末装置が設置される電源は、火力発電を含む同期機の発電所と、太陽光発電と風力発電とのうち少なくとも一方を含む非同期機の再エネ電源サイトと、を含み、
前記中央演算装置は、前記電制対象を選択する際、前記電力系統の慣性が、オフラインの電力系統解析で予め求めて設定された慣性下限値を下回らないように前記電制対象を選択し、前記慣性が前記慣性下限値を下回る場合には前記電制対象に選択された同期機を削減し、代わりに非同期機を前記電制対象に選択することを特徴とした電力系統安定化システム。
