Abstract
【解決手段】燃料噴射弁内部の燃料圧力を検出する燃圧センサと、燃圧センサの検出値に基づき、噴射に伴い生じた燃料圧力の変化を燃圧波形として検出する燃圧波形検出手段と、検出した燃圧波形に基づき噴射状態を解析する噴射状態解析手段と、を備えた燃料噴射システムに適用されることを前提とする。そして、燃圧波形(噴射波形Wb)に対応する微分値の変化を表した微分波形を演算する微分演算手段(S32)と、前記微分波形に、所定の上限閾値A2,B2,C2を超えて高くなっている箇所、又は所定の下限閾値A1,B1,C1を超えて低くなっている箇所が存在する場合には、燃圧波形にノイズが重畳していると判定するノイズ判定手段(S33,S34,S35)と、を備えることを特徴とする。

Description
本発明は上記実施形態の記載内容に限定されず、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。また、各実施形態の特徴的構成をそれぞれ任意に組み合わせるようにしてもよい。
Claims (6)
- 蓄圧容器で蓄圧した燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
前記蓄圧容器の吐出口から前記燃料噴射弁の噴孔に至るまでの燃料通路に配置され、前記燃料通路内の燃料圧力を検出する燃圧センサと、
前記燃圧センサの検出値に基づき、噴射に伴い生じた燃料圧力の変化を燃圧波形として検出する燃圧波形検出手段と、
を備えた燃料噴射システムに適用され、
前記燃圧波形に対応する微分値の変化を表した微分波形を演算する微分演算手段と、
前記微分波形に、所定の上限閾値を超えて高くなっている箇所、又は所定の下限閾値を超えて低くなっている箇所が存在する場合には、前記燃圧波形にノイズが重畳していると判定するノイズ判定手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射システムのノイズ有無診断装置。 - 多気筒内燃機関に適用され、
前記燃料噴射弁から燃料を噴射させている気筒を噴射気筒、この噴射気筒が燃料を噴射しているときに燃料噴射させていない気筒を非噴射気筒とし、かつ、前記噴射気筒に対応する燃圧センサを噴射時燃圧センサ、前記非噴射気筒に対応する燃圧センサを非噴射時燃圧センサとした場合において、
前記燃圧波形検出手段は、前記噴射時燃圧センサの検出値に基づく噴射時燃圧波形と、前記非噴射時燃圧センサの検出値に基づく非噴射時燃圧波形とを同時期に検出しており、
前記微分演算手段は、前記噴射時燃圧波形から前記非噴射時燃圧波形を差し引いて補正した補正後燃圧波形に対して微分波形を演算することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射システムのノイズ有無診断装置。 - 前記燃圧波形検出手段によって検出された前記燃圧波形に基づき噴射状態を解析する噴射状態解析手段を備え、
前記燃圧波形のうち、燃料噴射開始に伴い燃圧が降下を開始する前の期間に対応する部分を基準波形、噴射率増大に伴い燃圧が降下していく期間に対応する部分を降下波形、噴射率減少に伴い燃圧が上昇していく期間に対応する部分を上昇波形とした場合、
前記微分演算手段は、前記基準波形、前記降下波形及び前記上昇波形の波形毎に前記微分波形を演算することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料噴射システムのノイズ有無診断装置。 - 前記上限閾値又は前記下限閾値を、前記基準波形、前記降下波形及び前記上昇波形の各々に応じた異なる値に設定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料噴射システムのノイズ有無診断装置。
- 前記降下波形に対する前記上限閾値の絶対値を、前記降下波形に対する前記下限閾値の絶対値よりも小さい値に設定したことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の燃料噴射システムのノイズ有無診断装置。
- 前記上昇波形に対する前記下限閾値の絶対値を、前記上昇波形に対する前記上限閾値の絶対値よりも小さい値に設定したことを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか1つに記載の燃料噴射システムのノイズ有無診断装置。
