Abstract
【解決手段】電磁開閉装置は、ハウジング210と、ハウジング210に結合される第1接点220と、第1接点220に接離する第2接点240と、第2接点240が第1接点220に接離するように第2接点240を駆動するアクチュエータ120とを含み、第1接点220及び第2接点240のいずれか一方が、互いに接触したときに弾性変形する弾性変形部242を備える。

Claims (10)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに結合される第1接点と、
前記第1接点に接離する第2接点と、
前記第2接点が前記第1接点に接離するように前記第2接点を駆動するアクチュエータとを含み、
前記第1接点及び前記第2接点のいずれか一方が、互いに接触したときに弾性変形する弾性変形部を備えることを特徴とする電磁開閉装置。 - 前記弾性変形部が、円弧形状を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁開閉装置。
- 前記弾性変形部が、他の接点に向かって突出して配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電磁開閉装置。
- 前記弾性変形部が、他の接点に対して傾斜して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁開閉装置。
- 前記弾性変形部が、前記第2接点の移動方向に対して横方向に配置される接点部と、前記接点部を連結する連結部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁開閉装置。
- 前記第1接点が、前記ハウジングに摺動可能に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電磁開閉装置。
- 前記第1接点が前記第2接点側に突出するように付勢力を与える弾性部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電磁開閉装置。
- 前記弾性部材が、圧縮コイルばねを備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電磁開閉装置。
- 前記弾性変形部が、前記第2接点に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電磁開閉装置。
- 前記弾性変形部が、前記第1接点に形成され、
前記第1接点が、前記ハウジングに結合される結合部と、前記第2接点と接触する接点部とを備え、
前記弾性変形部が、前記結合部と前記接点部との間に形成され、前記接点部を前記結合部から前記第2接点の移動方向に対して横方向に離隔させることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電磁開閉装置。
