Claims (6)
- 固定コアと、
前記固定コアに選択的に接触する可動コアと、
前記可動コアと前記固定コアとの間に設置され、前記可動コアが前記固定コアから分離されるように付勢力を与える復帰ばねと、
前記可動コアに連結されて前記可動コアと共に移動可能なシャフトと、
前記シャフトに結合されて前記シャフトと共に移動可能に備えられる可動接点と、
前記可動接点に対向して固定設置され、前記可動接点との接離によって電気的回路が閉路又は開路されるようにする固定接点と、
前記可動接点が前記固定接点に接触するように前記可動接点を付勢する接圧ばねとを含み、
前記固定コアの端部とそれに対応する前記可動コアの端部との間に、前記可動コアを前記固定コア側から付勢する緩衝部材が備えられ、
前記固定コアの端部の外周面とそれに対応する前記可動コアの端部の外周面に、前記緩衝部材の両端がそれぞれ挿入されて結合されるように、段差を有する凹入部がそれぞれ形成されることを特徴とする騒音低減型電磁開閉器。 - 前記緩衝部材は、前記可動コアの運動方向に伸縮性を有するリング状に形成され、前記緩衝部材の一端が前記固定コアの端部に対応し、前記緩衝部材の他端が前記可動コアの端部に対応する、請求項1に記載の騒音低減型電磁開閉器。
- 前記緩衝部材が蛇腹管状に形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の騒音低減型電磁開閉器。
- 前記緩衝部材が圧縮コイルばね状に形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の騒音低減型電磁開閉器。
- 制御電流が通電するか否かによって励磁又は消磁されるコイルをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の騒音低減型電磁開閉器。
- 前記コイル周辺に磁気経路を形成するように前記コイル周辺に設置されるヨークをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の騒音低減型電磁開閉器。
