Claims (16)
- 媒体がそこを通り流れることができる循環チャンバー(32)を包囲するハウジング(2、4)を有する電熱装置であり、前記循環チャンバー(32)の中へ複数の加熱リブ(44)が基本的に互いに平行に延設し、前記加熱リブ(44)のそれぞれは、同一の接続チャンバー(28)へ開いているU字形の空洞(34)を有し、前記接続チャンバー(32)は、前記U字形の空洞(34)の各々の開放端の領域に備えられた隔壁(30)によって前記循環チャンバー(32)から隔離され、前記加熱リブ(44)は、前記U字形の空洞(34)の対向した位置にある内側面(46)に境を接して熱伝導接触する少なくともと一つのPTC発熱体(24)を収容し、
前記複数の加熱リブ(44)は、前記ハウジング(2、4)の対向した位置にある内側面(46)から交互に内側へ突き出し、それにより、前記ハウジング(2、4)の中に形成された蛇行型の流路(40)としての流路(56)が、前記複数の加熱リブ(44)の自由端と前記ハウジング(2、4)の近くの内壁との間に形成され、前記流路(56)は、隔壁(30)と反対側に位置する面に付けられる被覆部材(6)によって閉じられることを特徴とする電熱装置。 - 前記U字形の空洞(34)は、前記接続チャンバー(28)側へ一端だけが開放するポケット状のものとして形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電熱装置。

- 前記複数の加熱リブ(44)の裏面にはそれぞれ先細状の支持用リッジ(70)が形成され、前記各支持用リッジ(70)の先端面は、前記被覆部材(6)のための支持水平面に配置されて、前記被覆部材(6)に当接することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の電熱装置。

- 前記ハウジング・カバー(148)は、前記複数の支持用リッジ(70)に対応する複数の支持用対向リッジ(71)を形成することと、前記被覆部材(6)は、前記複数の支持用リッジ(70)と前記複数の支持用対向リッジ(71)の間に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項10から請求項14の何れか1項に記載の電熱装置。
- 制御部ハウジングが、前記組み立て済み導線ボード(14)を包囲し、前記ハウジング接続開口(18)に対応して備えられた制御部ハウジング接続開口と、前記被覆部材(6)に合う位置に対応して前記制御部ハウジング側の同位置に形成される追加のハウジング接続開口とを形成することを特徴とする、請求項11から請求項14の何れか1項に記載の電熱装置。
