Abstract
【解決手段】電源部から供給される電気入力に従い相対回転数が変化する固定子および回転子をそれぞれ有する複数のモータユニット(アウターモータユニット2、インナーモータユニット3)と、一端のモータユニット2の固定子21を固定するケース7と、一端のモータユニット2の回転子25と他端のモータユニット3の固定子31とを直接に、あるいは別のモータユニットを介し間接に連結して構成した複合回転子4と、他端のモータユニット3の回転子35に連結され、かつケース7に回転自在に軸承された出力軸36と、を備える。

Claims (11)
- 電源部から供給される電気入力に従い相対回転数が変化する固定子および回転子をそれぞれ有する複数のモータユニットと、
一端のモータユニットの固定子を固定するケースと、
一端のモータユニットの回転子と他端のモータユニットの固定子とを直接に、あるいは別のモータユニットを介し間接に連結して構成した複合回転子と、
他端のモータユニットの回転子に連結され、かつ前記ケースに回転自在に軸承された出力軸と、
を備えることを特徴とする多重回転子形電動機。 - 請求項1において、2つの前記モータユニットと、一端のモータユニットの回転子と他端のモータユニットの固定子とを直接に連結して構成した複合回転子と、を備えることを特徴とする多重回転子形電動機。
- 請求項1において、3つ以上の前記モータユニットと、他端以外のモータユニットの回転子と隣接する次のモータユニットの固定子とをそれぞれ連結して構成した2つ以上の複合回転子と、を備えることを特徴とする多重回転子形電動機。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項において、各前記モータユニットの出力トルクは、一端側から他端側へ向かうにつれて順次減少するか、あるいはほぼ同じであることを特徴とする多重回転子形電動機。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項において、各前記モータユニットの固定子および回転子は電磁鋼板を積層して構成したコアを有し、各前記複合回転子は、連結されている回転子と固定子との間を磁気的に分離する磁気分離部を有することを特徴とする多重回転子形電動機。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項において、各前記モータユニットは、前記相対回転数と出力トルクとの関係を示す出力特性が互いにほぼ同一であることを特徴とする多重回転子形電動機。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項において、各前記モータユニットは、前記電気入力を制御することで前記相対回転数と出力トルクとの関係を示す出力特性を互いにほぼ同一にしたことを特徴とする多重回転子形電動機。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項において、少なくともひとつの回転子を前記ケースに対して制動および停止する制動停止機構を備え、あるいは、少なくともひとつの回転子を他の回転子に対して同期および結合する同期結合機構を備えることを特徴とする多重回転子形電動機。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項において、少なくともひとつの回転子に外部動力を入力可能な入力軸を備えることを特徴とする多重回転子形電動機。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項において、各前記モータユニットは三相交流電動機であり、前記電源部の通電制御部は各前記三相交流電動機をまとめて駆動できるひとつのインバータ装置であることを特徴とする多重回転子形電動機。
- 請求項10において、各前記三相交流電動機の固定子および回転子のいずれかは三相Y結線のコイルを有し、各前記三相交流電動機の前記コイルを直列接続し、一端の三相交流電動機のコイルに前記インバータ装置を接続し、他端の三相交流電動機のコイルに三相Y結線の中性点を設けたことを特徴とする多重回転子形電動機。
