電気車両内の補助装置を駆動させるための電源を供給する補助バッテリー;
外部電源を前記メーンバッテリーに充電するための第1直流(DC)電圧と前記補助バッテリーに充電するための第2直流(DC)電圧に変換する統合充電モジュール;及び
前記メーンバッテリーと前記補助バッテリーの充電を制御する制御モジュールを含む電気車両用統合型充電装置。 - 前記メーンバッテリーに取付けられ、前記メーンバッテリーの状態をモニタリングして、前記メーンバッテリーの充電を遂行するように制御するバッテリー管理システムをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気車両用統合型充電装置。
- 前記統合充電モジュールは、
外部電源から入力された交流(AC)電源の高周波ノイズを取り除くための入力フィルター;
前記ノイズが取り除かれた交流(AC)電源を整流して直流(DC)電源に変換する整流器;
前記変換された直流(DC)電源の力率を補正する力率補正回路;
前記力率が補正された直流(DC)電源を平滑化する大容量コンデンサー;
前記平滑化された直流(DC)電源をメーンバッテリーに充電するように、昇圧または減圧された第1直流(DC)電圧に変換するメーンバッテリー用DC/DCコンバーター;及び
前記平滑化された直流(DC)電源を補助バッテリーに充電するように、昇圧または減圧された第2直流(DC)電圧に変換する補助バッテリー用DC/DCコンバーターを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気車両用統合型充電装置。 - 前記統合充電モジュールは、
前記メーンバッテリー用DC/DCコンバーターから出力された直流(DC)電源のノイズを取り除く第1出力フィルター;及び
前記補助バッテリー用DC/DCコンバーターから出力された直流(DC)電源のノイズを取り除く第2出力フィルターをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気車両用統合型充電装置。 - 前記メーンバッテリー用DC/DCコンバーターは、高電圧直流変換器であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気車両用統合型充電装置。
- 前記補助バッテリー用DC/DCコンバーターは、低電圧直流変換器であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気車両用統合型充電装置。
- 前記メーンバッテリー用DC/DCコンバーターは、
前記平滑化された直流(DC)電源を交流(AC)電源に変換する第1スイッチングブリッジ;
前記変換された交流(AC)電源をメーンバッテリーの容量によって昇圧または減圧する第1変圧器;及び
前記変圧された交流(AC)電源を前記メーンバッテリーに充電するために直流(DC)電源に変換する第1整流回路を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気車両用統合型充電装置。 - 前記補助バッテリー用DC/DCコンバーターは、
前記平滑化された直流(DC)電源を交流(AC)電源に変換する第2スイッチングブリッジ;
前記変換された交流(AC)電源を補助バッテリーの容量によって昇圧または減圧する第2変圧器;及び
前記変圧された交流(AC)電源を前記補助バッテリーに充電するために直流(DC)電源に変換する第2整流回路を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気車両用統合型充電装置。 - 前記制御モジュールは、前記第1変圧器が前記メーンバッテリーの容量によって昇圧または減圧するように前記変換された交流(AC)電源の出力電力量を制御することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気車両用統合型充電装置。
- 前記制御モジュールは、前記第2変圧器が前記補助バッテリーの容量によって昇圧または減圧するように前記変換された交流(AC)電源の出力電力量を制御することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電気車両用統合型充電装置。
