Abstract
【解決手段】水を含む液体を含浸する保液体1と、保液体1の上下面を覆う被覆シート2とで構成する。保液体1は、熱溶着可能なシート状の吸液性芯材(例えば不織布)3と、吸液性芯材3の上下面を覆う吸液性マット(例えば綿マット)4とで構成する。被覆シート2は、ベースフィルム5の表面に金属蒸着層6を形成した蒸着フィルムで形成する。被覆シート2の表面には、通気穴7の一群を開口する。金属蒸着層6が外面に露出する状態で、上下の被覆シート2を保液体1と一体化する。

Claims (5)
- 水等の液体を含浸する保液体(1)と、保液体(1)の上下面を覆う被覆シート(2)とで構成されており、
被覆シート(2)が、表面に通気穴(7)の一群が開口してあるプラスチックフィルム(5)で形成されており、
上下の被覆シート(2)と保液体(1)とが、少なくとも通気穴(7)の内面周縁において一体化されており、
片方の被覆シート(2)を肌面に付着した使用状態において、保液体(1)に含浸させた液体の一部が通気穴(7)から滲み出して肌面に付着することを特徴とする放熱パッド。 - 被覆シート(2)が、ベースフィルム(5)の表面に金属蒸着層(6)を形成した蒸着フィルムで形成されており、
金属蒸着層(6)が外面に露出する状態で、上下の被覆シート(2)が保液体(1)と一体化してある請求項1に記載の放熱パッド。 - 加熱した一群の針体(11)を被覆シート(2)に突き刺して通気穴(7)が形成されており、
通気穴(7)の内面周縁に形成されるベースフィルム(5)の溶融塊(12)を、保液体(1)の構成材に結着させて、被覆シート(2)と吸液性マット(4)とが一体化してある請求項2に記載の放熱パッド。 - 保液体(1)が、熱溶着可能なシート状の吸液性芯材(3)と、吸液性芯材(3)の上下面を覆う吸液性マット(4)とで構成されており、
吸液性芯材(3)の周縁を、上下の被覆シート(2)の周縁の間に熱溶着して、保液体(1)が被覆シート(2)の間に封入してある請求項2または3に記載の放熱パッド。 - 高吸水性高分子体からなる吸液体(28)が吸液性マット(4)の内部に担持してある請求項2から4のいずれかひとつに記載の放熱パッド。
