Abstract
【解決手段】絶縁性のケース2の壁部3の内面3aに沿って非磁性の金属板14を配置し、金属板に磁性のコア13を重ねて配置して、壁部3とコアとの間に金属板14を介在させ、ケース内に充填したモールド剤17で壁部3と金属板14及び金属板とコア13とを接着固定させ、壁部3の膨張収縮を金属板14で吸収させてコア13への応力負荷を緩和させた電流センサ構造1を採用する。金属板14をコア13の幅と同等ないしそれよりも幅広に形成した。

Claims (2)
- 絶縁性のケースの壁部の内面に沿って非磁性の金属板を配置し、該金属板に磁性のコアを重ねて配置して、該壁部と該コアとの間に該金属板を介在させ、該ケース内に充填したモールド剤で該壁部と該金属板及び該金属板と該コアとを接着固定させ、該壁部の膨張収縮を該金属板で吸収させて該コアへの応力負荷を緩和させたことを特徴とする電流センサ構造。
- 前記金属板を前記コアの幅と同等ないしそれよりも幅広に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電流センサ構造。
