Abstract
【解決手段】帯電可能な油系液体が流れる流路と、前記流路の一端部に連通する円形状の吐出口と、を有する単一又は複数のノズル組立体と、前記流路の他端部に連通する液体導入路を有し前記単一又は複数のノズル組立体が装着される装置筐体と、前記液体導入路内に延在し、前記油系液体に電荷を帯電させるための帯電用電極と、を備え、前記吐出口は前記油系液体の吐出方向に沿って拡開している静電塗装装置。

Description
〔静電塗装装置〕
第1の実施形態に係る静電塗装装置1の構成について図1及び図2を参照しつつ説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態に係る静電塗装装置1を模式的に示す部分断面正面図であり、図2は、図1の静電塗装装置の下面図である。
次に、静電塗装装置1のノズル組立体6の構成について図3〜6を参照しつつ説明する。図3(a)は、図1に示すノズル組立体6の正面図であり、図3(b)は、図3(a)の上面図であり、図3(c)は、図3(a)の下面図であり、図4は、図3(c)の線IV−IV(流路2の直径方向)に沿った断面図であり、図5は、図4のV部の拡大図であり、図6(a)は、吐出口7dに形成されるメニスカス111の挙動及び液体の霧化を説明するためのノズル7の断面図であり、(b)は、図6(a)の線VI−VIに沿った吐出された液体を示す図であり、(c)は、図6(a)の線VII−VIに沿った吐出された液体を示す図である。図6に示すノズル7は、図5に示されるノズル7と同じである。
以下に第2の実施形態に係る静電塗装装置201について、第1の実施形態に係る静電塗装装置1と異なる点について、図8及び図9を参照しつつ説明する。図8は、第2の実施形態に係る静電塗装装置201を模式的に示す部分断面正面図であり、図9は、図8の静電塗装装置201の下面図である。
次に、静電塗装装置201のノズル組立体206の構成について図10〜12を参照しつつ説明する。図10(a)は、図8に示すノズル組立体206の正面図であり、図10(b)は、図10(a)の上面図であり、図10(c)は、図10(a)の下面図であり、図11は、図10(a)の線XI−XI(流路102の直径方向)に沿った断面図であり、図12は、吐出口207dに形成されるメニスカス311の挙動及び液体の霧化を説明するための図11のXII部の拡大図である。

Claims (7)
- 帯電可能な油系液体が流れる流路と、前記流路の一端部に連通する円形状の吐出口と、を有する単一又は複数のノズル組立体と、
前記流路の他端部に連通する液体導入路を有し前記単一又は複数のノズル組立体が装着される装置筐体と、
前記液体導入路内に延在し、前記油系液体に電荷を帯電させるための帯電用電極と、を備え、
前記吐出口は前記油系液体の吐出方向に沿って拡開している静電塗装装置。 - 前記単一又は複数のノズル組立体各々の前記液体導入路内に前記油系液体が0.5cc/min〜4cc/minで供給されるように制御する制御手段を備え、前記吐出口の径が1mm〜5mmである請求項1に記載の静電塗装装置。
- 前記流路を形成する側壁部の肉厚が一定である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の静電塗装装置。
- 前記帯電用電極から前記油系液体に帯電する電圧は+10KV以上+40KV以下又は−40KV以上−10KV以下である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の静電塗装装置。
- 前記流路の径は、前記吐出口に向かい同一である又は漸減している請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の静電塗装装置。
- 前記帯電用電極を接地するための放電接地手段を備える請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の静電塗装装置。
- 前記吐出口と同心で、前記単一又は複数のノズル組立体の各々から前記吐出方向に離間して配置されるリング状の抵抗体を備え、前記帯電用電極と前記抵抗体との間に電位差を設ける請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の静電塗装装置。
