Abstract
【解決手段】導電リッド12は環状の被溶接部分PPの内側に該被溶接部分PPの上方曲げ強度を高めるための補強部分RPを有していて、該導電リッド12の被溶接部分PPと剛性ケース11の被溶接枠部11dとは溶接により互いに接合しているため、リフローハンダ付け時等において剛性パッケージ10の内圧が上昇し、該上昇内圧IPの付加に準じて剛性ケース11及び導電リッド12に生じる応力が両者の界面に集中し、該導電リッド12の被溶接部分PPを剛性ケース11の被溶接枠部11dから上方に引き離そうとする力が発生しようとしても、該引き離し力は補強部分RPによって緩和される。

・剛性パッケージ10の内部空間に封入された蓄電素子20及び電解液(図示省略)
・剛性パッケージ10の平坦な下面に設けられた負極端子30及び正極端子40
を備えている。

・凹部CPの開口を水密及び気密に閉塞した導電リッド12
を有していて、剛性ケース11には、
・蓄電素子20の負極プレート21を導電リッド12を介して負極端子30に電気的に接 続するための配線31
・蓄電素子20の正極プレート22を正極端子40に電気的に接続するための配線41
が設けられている。
Claims (3)
- 剛性パッケージと、剛性パッケージの内部空間に封入された蓄電素子及び電解液と、剛性パッケージの平坦な下面に設けられた負極端子及び正極端子とを備え、剛性パッケージは、上面開口の凹部を有する剛性ケースと、凹部の開口を水密及び気密に閉塞した導電リッドとを有していて、剛性ケースには、蓄電素子の負極プレートを導電リッドを介して負極端子に電気的に接続するための配線と、蓄電素子の正極プレートを正極端子に電気的に接続するための配線とが設けられている電気化学デバイスにおいて、
前記剛性ケースの上部には凹部を囲むようにして被溶接枠部が一体形成され、前記導電リッドは環状の被溶接部分の内側に該被溶接部分の上方曲げ強度を高めるための補強部分を有していて、前記導電リッドの被溶接部分と前記被溶接枠部とは溶接により互いに接合している。 - 請求項1に記載の電気化学デバイスにおいて、
前記導電リッドの補強部分は前記被溶接部分の内周縁から内方に向かって上向きに傾く環状部分から成る。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電気化学デバイスにおいて、
前記導電リッドの被溶接部分と前記被溶接枠部とはレーザ溶接により互いに接合している。
