Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の透明導電膜製造装置(100)は、X軸方向に長手方向(L)が配置された透明基板(10)と、前記透明基板(10)の一面にイオンが含まれた伝導性高分子溶液(25)をY軸方向に噴射する噴射手段(20)と、前記透明基板(10)の他面から一定の間隔離れてZ軸方向に配置されたワイヤー(30)と、前記ワイヤー(30)に前記イオンと反対極性の電位を印加して前記ワイヤー(30)と前記伝導性高分子溶液(25)との間に電気的引力を発生させる電圧印加手段(40)とを含んでなる。

Claims (8)
- X軸方向にその長手方向が配置された透明基板と、
前記透明基板の一面にイオンが含まれた伝導性高分子溶液をY軸方向に噴射する噴射手段と、
前記透明基板の他面から一定の間隔離れてZ軸方向に配置されたワイヤーと、
前記ワイヤーに前記イオンと反対極性の電位を印加して前記ワイヤーと前記伝導性高分子溶液との間に電気的引力を発生させる電圧印加手段とを含んでなることを特徴とする、透明導電膜製造装置。 - 前記伝導性高分子溶液はポリ−3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン/ポリスチレンスルホネート(PEDOT/PSS)、ポリアニリン、ポリアセチレンまたはポリフェニレンビニレンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の透明導電膜製造装置。
- 前記イオンはアルカリ金属陽イオンまたはアルカリ土類金属陽イオンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の透明導電膜製造装置。
- 前記アルカリ金属陽イオンはNa+またはK+であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の透明導電膜製造装置。
- 前記アルカリ土類金属陽イオンはMg2+またはCa2+であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の透明導電膜製造装置。
- 前記電圧印加手段は前記ワイヤーに陰電位を印加することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の透明導電膜製造装置。
- 前記透明基板をX軸方向に移動させる移動手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の透明導電膜製造装置。
- 前記噴射手段が前記透明基板の一面に前記伝導性高分子溶液を噴射してパターニングすることができるように、前記噴射手段をX軸方向またはZ軸方向に駆動させる駆動手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の透明導電膜製造装置。
