Abstract
【解決手段】色素増感又は有機吸収体のいずれかを用いた太陽電池構造体は、感光性材料を通る一次回折成分の移動を増大させるために、少なくとも一方の側に回折格子を備えている。二面電池は、上部と底部の両方に回折格子を使用し、一方の格子の周期的な回折素子はもう一方に対して格子の周期が4分の1だけシフトしている。

Claims (12)
- 色素増感光電極及び有機吸収体からなる群より選択された光電吸収体を含む電池と、
前記電池の一方の側に取り付けられた第1電極と、
前記電池の反対側に取り付けられた第2電極と、
前記電池及び電極からなる部材の屈折率よりも大きな屈折率を有する回折格子であって、入射する非偏光の普通光を一次モードに回折してそれによって斜めの一次回折成分の光学経路を増大するための、前記第1及び第2電極のうち一方を覆う回折格子と
を含む、太陽電池組立体。 - 前記格子が、前記電極に結合されたガラスのような光透過性材料の層と、前記の一方の電極と境界を接する表面において前記光透過性材料中に組み込まれた格子材料の周期的なパターンとを含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池組立体。
- 前記格子材料が二酸化チタン(TiO2)である、請求項2に記載の太陽電池組立体。
- 前記第1及び第2電極がフッ素をドープした二酸化スズ(SnO2:F)から作成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池組立体。
- 前記電池が電解質を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池組立体。
- 前記パターンの周期性が、斜めの一次入射光の回折を達成するために波長のオーダーである、請求項2に記載の太陽電池組立体。
- 非偏光の光がまず入射するガラスの表面が反射防止特性を作り出すよう改質されている、請求項2に記載の太陽電池組立体。
- 前記改質が前記回折格子の周期性に対して実質的に周期性が増大した格子を含む、請求項7に記載の太陽電池組立体。
- 前記格子の回折特性が、650nm〜800nmの波長範囲において約2の光学経路の増大を達成するようなものである、請求項1に記載の太陽電池組立体。
- 電解質電池と、
前記電池における吸収体と、
前記電池の一方の側に周期的に配置された表面素子を有する第1の回折格子と、
前記電池のもう一方の側に周期的に配置された表面素子を有する第2の回折格子と
を含み、前記格子のうち一方の周期的に配置された素子が、回折された非偏光の光の一次成分が光電池を2回以上横断するように、もう一方の格子の素子に対して素子の周期が約4分の1だけ横方向にシフトされた、二面太陽電池。 - 前記吸収体が色素増感光電極である、請求項10に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記電池が電解質を含む、請求項11に記載の太陽電池。
