Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の抗アトピー活性を有する免疫力増強スーパーC3GHi稲の育種方法は、黒米系統の稲を母本に、大粒稲1号を父本にして人工交配し、F3世代以後から系統育種法によってシアニジン3−グルコシド(C3G)含量の高い個体を選抜して育成することを特徴とする。

Description
本実施例では、高品質、大粒および高C3G(Cyanidin 3−glucoside)含有品種の育成を目的として、韓国放送通信大学校で選抜した黒米系統であるCG2−3−5−1−6−1系統を母本に、大粒稲1号を父本にして人工交配し、F3世代以後から系統育種法によって育成選抜して主要農業形質調査とC3G含量調査を実施した。品種の育成過程を図1に示した。
実施例1で育成した本発明に係る免疫力増強スーパーC3GHi稲のC3G含量を測定した。対照区として、黒真珠稲とC3GHi稲を使用した。
溶媒:グラディエントモードで0.1体積%TFA水溶液から0.1体積%TFA CH3CN(30分)
流速:1.0mL/min
検出:530nm(RT:12.442分)
前記C3G定量分析結果を次の表2および図4に示す。
本発明に係る免疫力増強スーパーC3GHi稲の系統は、黒真珠稲と水原425号稲とを交配して得た後代系統から、アントシアニン含量に優れた個体を選抜し、これを大粒稲1号と交配してその後代から選抜された個体である。
本発明に係る免疫力増強スーパーC3GHi稲のアトピー治療効果を確認するために、掻痒感誘導物質である化合物48/80で処理されたBALB/cマウスを対象として掻痒感抑制機能を評価した。対照区として黒真珠稲を用いて活性を比較し、対照薬物としてアゼラスチンを使用した。化合物48/80で誘導されたマウスにそれぞれ黒真珠稲抽出物と免疫力増強スーパーC3GHi稲抽出物を100mg/kg、200mg/kgの水準で経口投与した結果、2品種の両方とも濃度依存的に抑制効果を示し、特に黒真珠稲より免疫力増強スーパーC3GHi稲が40%水準で高い掻痒感抑制効果を示した(図6参照)。対照薬物であるアゼラスチンよりは半分以下に低い水準であったが、主食として長期間服用する米であるという側面からみて、アトピーなどにより誘発される掻痒感の抑制に効果的であるといえる。

- 黒米系統の稲を母本に、大粒稲1号を父本にして人工交配し、F3世代以後から系統育種法によってシアニジン3−グルコシド(Cyanidin 3−glucoside;C3G)含量の高い個体を選抜して育成することを特徴とする、抗アトピー活性を有する免疫力増強スーパーC3GHi稲の育種方法。
- 請求項1の育種方法で得られた、抗アトピー活性を有する免疫力増強スーパーC3GHi稲。
- 抗アトピー活性を有する免疫力増強スーパーC3GHi稲を有効成分として含有する、アトピー治療用薬学的組成物。
- 抗アトピー活性を有する免疫力増強スーパーC3GHi稲を有効成分として含有する、アトピー改善用健康機能食品組成物。
